A chemical used in the insecticides this plant was producing. It also happens to be the chemical used to detect natural gas leaks. 10 tons  of this was released. Crystal Wise opened this valve and the valve leaked. This was the main cause however, upon federal investigation the CSB, recommended major upgrades to this facility.
