         <description><![CDATA[<div>A balanced force is when force is pushing from both sides of the object and it cancels out <br>For example:<br>This was seen in the activity down bellow when both people are pushing against the block in opposite directions with the same force causing it to stay still ( Not move). Because the block is not moving from its former place even though force is being acted upon it.</div>]]></description>

When an object is in motion it stays in motion in a steady speed unless it is hit or moved by an unbalanced force.<br>For example:<br>This is seen in the activty  cartoon when the person is moving forward at a steady speed but when an unbalanced force is acted upon the object stops but the person keeps moving.</div>]]></description>
