A lot of instruction is one-on-one consultations. 
* grades/assessment looks very different. No grades. 
Content/curriculum - pretty wide variety (public libraries, school libraries - you have to adapt to the needs of your learners)
learner population - babies thru seniors (public libraries), or working with a specific age group/demographic. 
Teaching for a specific assignment - you may have less autonomy over your lesson, and you have to coordinate with instructors.
