2) The website has hyperlinks, call to action buttons, navigation menu, banner & footer. All these elements are able to guide the reader about how they can help and bring a change. This adds to promoting their mission and creates a call for action. These elements contain information about the change they can directly make and how they can come in contact with the company. The website also contains other visual elements such as logo, images/icons, & font which sets a tone and catches the readers attention. This adds to the urgency of change as well.

Secondly, the text utilises 'Ethos' as it uses compelling language when referring to the flamenco dance as a "singularly moving experience", which invokes emotions of curiosity, and excitement amongst readers. Lastly, the text utilises the persuasive technique of 'Logos' as it logically, and structurally informs readers of events, venues, travelling times, and etc, which allow for the readers to logically, and rationally plan out their trip(s). In conclusion, the article strategically persuades readers using different modes of persuasion which include credibility, emotional appealing, logical appealing, and trip guidance.

Concepts of travel writing can be identified in the article about Flameco in Spain. Hyperlinks are provided throughout the text, making it easy to visit what the author intends without needing to trouble the user with searching on their own.

Images are used and they provide a break from all the text, and they provide visual aide to immediately inform the viewer on what the page will be about.

A call to action button is present, which links users to a survey which helps the company improve their service, and helps its users as well.

The website is part of Australia CAN's initiative to gather data, share information, and advocate for positive changes in the aged care industry.

The navigation menu and hyperlinks increase accessibility and make the website easier for all users to explore and understand. Logos are meant to be memorable and are the foundation of the identity of a brand, through the logo, the author of the website is able to leave an impression on the reader. Lastly, the use of images with animals and their owners in them is directly linked to the purpose of the website and they can also be used as a form of persuasion.

In the article The creators made good use of visual imagery in the beginning with the man holding the kitten indicating the dire need for pets seeking human care/guardianship, what it does is give the reader an idea because the rest of the text may be talking about as the initial image provided above also provides the text "Pet adopters wanted". The literary devices being used in the rest of the text are sub-headings and texts that convey bits of information about the topic, Then you have the main heading in the article, and along with that you have another piece of highlighted text and then the other necessary informational text for the reader to go through.
