- So, to moms I say this: You're amazing for trying to do anything, but you need to understand that you're trying to do the work of three people at once. Crisis: When your mental health and ability will have suffered as well.

- Couples need to have an honest conversation about who is doing what and how things can be made fairer. There are some great websites and books to help you divvy up the chores.

- Is important, and studies show that father involvement in childcare and an equal division of housework leads to good outcomes for children.

- It is very likely that while schools and daycare centers are closed, women will play the role of teacher while trying to ensure that they do some work themselves.

- In United States and Poland. The reason for this is that our societies still believe that women have the responsibility when it comes to housework and care, while men remain primarily responsible for earning their bread.

As for my mother's opinion on this subject, she considers that gender equity is important to be informed and to know what a country is really like

Is this situation of gender inequality true for our society, for our home?
My mom responded to this question and said: yes, women are still seen in society as a person inferior to men since it has always been thought that women are only good for the home and for activities that are not as complex as that of a man who is working

In her talk, she mentioned the fact that we live in a society where each person, whether male or female, is assigned a role and that role is almost always that of women at home and men at work.

She also told me several examples of how we could start to solve this, such as at home: tasks can be assigned where both sexes can do since both can do the same thing, both can clean, both can wash, etc.

At work: the bosses can give them the same salaries since they do the same thing, not because she is a woman, she does less than a man, the load of tasks is the same and it is a bit unfair that they pay a man more than a woman if they actually work the same.

In society: the following generations can be educated to demand the same rights whether they are men or women.

- One proposal would be that couples always communicate with each other and that they always come to an agreement in any situation, since if they don't have communication, then I think it will be impossible to come to an agreement.

- Another solution would be for both parties to work and also for both to help with the housework and if they have children, educate them since we are all equal and we can all do the same things whether you are a man or a woman.

- According to the article read, flexible work migh be the cause of gender inequality, not only at work, but also at home, so the solution, can be that the couple (men and women) share tasks that are related at home, like wash the dish, wash the clothes, the car, the floor, etc., this actions proposed, might have effective results, so called results are that there might be less family discussions.

- Another solution that might bring positive resuls, is that children at home also contribute at houseworks, the reason is beacuse sometimes parents came after work late or tired, and if children had already done part of the job, it also can cuase less family troubles.
