Allow us to tell you what this forum is for (in case you weren't paying attention in Foundations...)

Purpose: We want to start a long-term mentoring program to be a support system for you. This includes:
- Answering your questions 
- Sharing tips & resources
- Helping you get organized
- Easing your worries/stresses

Thankfully, we made it through the program because we had each other, but having some year 2s in our corner would have been a game changer. With that in mind, we hope we can help you out. So, post all your questions/concerns here and we'll do our best to answer them! :)

The workload does not decrease by any means, so please try to figure out how you want to balance each of these things, and which one can be cut a bit short for these 16 months - ex. if you're able to cut work hours short for now, then definitely do that, because you will burn out so quick if you overload yourself with being busy constantly. The sad reality is that most of us HAVE to work, so try to sit back, take a deep breath, and lay out your calendar/timetable. Write out clearly when you're working, when you're dedicating time for assignments, and when you're giving yourself some self-care time or time with friends/family (VERY IMPORTANT!!). Staying organized is so, so, so crucial (I know some of us aren't the best with that) but you have to force yourself to be, otherwise you'll lose track and things get overwhelming quick.
