Disadvantages
1:it will be to expensive.

2:It won't taste as good like normal because it will be very sweet because the potato is being stored in a too cold environment(below 41°F) the starches within convert sugar.

Advantages
1: it will be more healthy because it is fiber content  and the potato skins have vitamin D and they used local crops and it grows rich in nutrients.
