Bob The Builder starts his Friday morning off waking up in his beautiful home next to Jefferson Park in Beacon Hill. Once he's dressed and ready for his day, he takes his dog on a walk through Jefferson Park.

They finish the last bit of their essay, copying and pasting sources and adding a title then they are off to the IMA, After being done with morning studies, Meymoon heads to the IMA. Meymoon's happy place is the IMA. It helps to relieve the mental load of the morning. They notice the opportunity to achieve personal bests at this place and to objectively better their health. They also multitask here and work on whatever needs a touch-up, while jamming to music.

Happy Story: In the morning, Alex wakes up early in their apartment near UW and walks to Cafe on the Ave to start the day. Alex likes coming here because it is close and convenient, and it always has fresh coffee and food. The warm smell of coffee makes Alex feel awake and ready. Alex enjoys sitting there for a few minutes, eating and relaxing before heading out. This simple routine makes Alex feel comfortable and happy before a busy day.

Happy Story: In the evening, after finishing all the things, Alex has the time to go to Round One and play bowling with friends. He feels relaxed and happy after a busy day. The sound of laughter and bowling pins makes the atmosphere fun and lively. While playing, he chats with his friends and enjoys the friendly competition. Even though it is just a simple activity, it helps him relieve stress and end the day in a good mood.

After eating with Charlie's friend, in order to maintain personal wellness since student life is quite sedentary, Charlie heads to the IMA to get active after completing a satisfying amount of work. They begin their workout with a light leg day, since they intend on taking a walk outside later. To wake themselves up, Charlie plays some happy music and finishes their sets efficiently.

He’ll have to bring it into his lab tomorrow so they can analyze it, but Roger can’t think about that now. He’s exhausted. He watches a few passing private boats as he fills his test tube, a flock of geese circling to the right of him, and he heads out for the last time.

One day Branzino was running late to meet his favorite squirrel at the Poplar SBP. Usually he rides the bus there, but he didn't have time! He raced across the heads of the many people waiting in line for the new Raisin' Canes Chicken on the Ave, swung his way down the lightrail station, and hitched a ride on top of the train. He dashed across the rooftops of the myriad of cars filling the climbing gym parking lot, making it right in time! He then had a brilliant session, despite the challenges of being only 10-12 inches in height as well as being extremely out of breath. It was the perfect day!

After finishing a long day of classes at the UW, Kai felt mentally exhausted from coding assignments and exams. They decided to walk to the IMA to exercise and unwind. Running and lifting weights helped release the built up stress throughout the day. Afterwards, feeling refreshed, Kai later traveled to Seattle Dojo for judo practice, where they trained with fellow judoka to further master their techniques. The discipline and camaraderie at the dojo made Kai feel motivated with a place to belong in a familiar community. By the end of the day, moving between these two happy places helped Kai regain inner balance with academic pressure and his own personal well being.

He first visited the HUB to play some games on Xbox with his friends, before resting on a bench in the quad on his way to Denny Field, where he met up with a few more friends to play spikeball. After a long day of enjoying the wonderful weather and views, he winds down at Area 01 by playing table tennis to destress. All those games worked up an appetite, so now, he finishes off the way with some delicious food at Aladdin’s Gyro in the U District.

Being a day dedicated to recovering from a long week of the academic grind, Charlie has a chiropractic appointment lined up. The chiropractic adjustments trigger the release of neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and endorphins, which improves mood and wellbeing— setting Charlie up for the upcoming week.

George is a surgical intern at Seattle Grace Hospital. As an intern, most of his week is dedicated to working endless hours at the hospital through day and night. He is a very kind and compassionate person and always brings warmth and comfortability to his fellow interns and colleagues. Today, after work, he decided to stop by his favorite ice cream spot called Sweet Alchemy on the Ave for a sweet treat after working so hard taking care of many patients and scrubbing in for many surgeries. He loves sampling each flavor because they rotate ever so often, so he’s in for a surprise each time he stops by. He decided to get the london fog flavor today, after standing there and debating between that and the cookies and cold brew. He always gets it in a cone, because it’s the best part. He enjoys his sweet treat down at the waterfront alongside his friend Izzie who came with him as a reward for the long day. 

Happy Story Contents: After their 15 minutes at the Drumheller fountain, Meymoon can’t help but to notice not only how the sun has started to reflect on the water in the fountain, but also how their stomach has started to rumble, making them keen on heading to see the lake and grab a bite to eat. Luckily, they had ventured all the way to West Campus, so Meymoon decided to head to the Fritz Hedges Waterfront park. At the Waterfront Park they have decided to get a burrito takeout from Aqua Verde, and sit on the yellow chairs and stare out at the lake.

Jason woke up early one day, grumpy and sour as usual because he wasn't a morning person. However it was a bright and warm day, perfect weather for a walk. He grabs his flask filled it up with warm green tea and started walking to his favorite spot, Kubota Gardens. As he thinks about the work he has to do, he couldn't help but make the connections between what he's been learning and the environment around him as he walks along the trail leading to the ponds. He observes the dragonflies flying across the water, the Japanese Stone Lanterns, and the water lilies floating in the pond; bending down he calmly looks at all the kois breaching the pond hoping for some food. "What a peaceful day" he thought before being interrupted by his stomach growling.
