I wonder how do we make these things apart of our culture at SBC and not just engage in movement work when tragedy strikes. At the center of project based learning is what are students contributing to the world beyond the classroom. I liked having students & parents involved. I liked having work time during a PD day. I liked the choice in focus groups.

I wish we had more time to plan and think for next year (both on a macro school level and in a micro class level). I wish I knew more about gateways and the upcoming Annual Reviews because new staff doesn't know how that works.

I wonder how to make online learning feel less draining. It felt good to enter work with positivity, and I'm also glad that I got to connect with a student.

I wish I had a clearer idea about how the school year will end, especially as it relates to students going into summer mastery intensive and staff members going into their End of Year review. I also wished we had a more concrete understanding of what the next school term will look like.

I wonder what sustained, collective political action can and will look like within our institution.
