A lot of the times lecturers say "as you'll know from year one..." and I rarely do, and I have to look this up in my own time or try and figure it out

No structure on when to meet student you will chase assessors to get competency signed off. Some of them have no time to meet you. Assesssors should be mandated to work closely with students and always support students to achieve learning, as this is very critical. Assessors and Supervisors should not be allowed to bully students because they are in a position of power. PA and PS refuse to sign the proficiencies even if we tell them we can talk to them about the specific proficiencies.
