Active Recall: This technique has gotten me through many exams in college! It involves taking a chapter, page, etc. of notes and analyzing them for around 10 minutes. after this 10 minutes you write down every piece of information you can remember. I then go back with a different colored pen and write all of the information missed. I repeat these steps until I can recall every piece of information I analyzed. Then move to my section!

Quizlet: I have been using the quizlet provided to us on canvas! I have found it also helps to say terms and definitions aloud to help remember.

Teach/Quizzing a Friend: My roomates and I often quiz and teach each other our material to help study. This involves looking through your notes and asking them questions and explaining the content to them. Explaining to other people often benefits you as well.
