I didn't tell them what the seeds were ( I had 5 different seeds) and as they grew had them take notes on the plant and try and guess the type of plant they had. I had a good amount of student who guessed right! I had a lot that were unsure, but really enjoyed growing the plant. (They were flowers or edible!)
