Learning Kits - Check for readiness, Check for understanding, Group discussion

We started using the learning kits with checking for readiness during lesson time and for students to show completion of work assigned. Later, the students used the kits to show their level of understanding like understood, need more explanation and did not understand during lessons. It was very helpful during the group discussions where students show thumbs down/thumbs up to express their aggrements/disagreements and use the yellow thumbs when they wanted to comment/clarify about their peer's sharing.
