1. we can see that his choice of food is very healthy and will bring a person into the pink of health. He might be wanting to drink the thirst quenching rink while savouring the flavour that flood in his mouth. Fruit juice contains contain Vitamin C and is a decent source of folate, potassium and Vitamin B1 . Vitamins provide us with benefits that can increase our lifespan and give us better immunity against viruses and bacteria.

2.My opinion about eating vegetable is that it is very unhealthy as without meat, you have very less to no protein. If you are a toddler or a young teenager, without protein your bones will become weak and you will eventually be malnourished.

3. Yes, school play a vital role in promoting healthier fruit choices, with many students in the school, school can help motivate and influence a mass of student and encourage them into eating fruits more and can help spread the word about the greatness of fruits. Myschool give us food when we head to canteeen to consume our meal during recess. Schools also can give weekly talks about various foods that contains antitoxins that can benefit us in finite ways.

1. This man in the picture is probably a very healthy eater and very cautious about the food he eat . I think he would restrain himself to eat unhealthy food as if you eat too much fatty food for a long period of time, it would cause health problems like diabetes , obesity , high cholesterol and many other problems .

2. I think that vegetables would be quite appetising if it is cook well and it would not be disgusting to eat . But I personally think that eating vegetables only is not a very healthy and balanced diet . It is paramount to have a balanced diet for meat so that we will get enough protein for our body to repair ourselves and build up a stronger immune system against. virus and diseases . Without the nutrients , it will be very easy for us to fall sick , so I think that we should not just constrain ourselves to just eating vegetables.

3. Yes , I agree that schools play an important role in promoting healthier food choices . As students spend of their time in school , they would mostly have their breakfast and lunch in school . So the school should encourage the student to eat food which have a healthier choice logo than those food that does not have . Schools can also provide fruits after students finish their meals . Students can also play a part by asking the school vendors to reduce the amount of oil which is put into your food or avoid eating fried food or drink plain water instead of drinking soft drinks

1) The man in the picture looks healthy as he is drinking fresh orange juice which has a lot of beneficial values that can benefit his health . i think that his is less likely to take in unhealthy food like fast food as fast food can leads to weight gain and can cause heart diseases . I think this is a good choice of food as orange juice gives vitamins to boost his immune system and he will not fall sick easily .

2) It is unhealthy as the body needs meat , vegetables and fruits. The body needs some of the vitamins that comes from the meat to build muscles and new protoplasm . I think that eating both meat and vegetables is important in daily life as it provides us with the nutrients we need daily . I think that meat will help to give more energy to the body to work , so eating meat is important too.

3) Yes. The food stalls in school can give every student fruits when they buy food. This will encourage them to eat the fruits since it is also free . Schools can also sell fruit juice instead of soft drinks which is unhealthy if it is being consume for a long period of time it will leads to health problems in future life time .

1) We can gather from this picture about the man and his choice of food shows that the man is in pink of health as he looks very contented at just looking at the fresh orange juice . I think he enjoys drinking orange juice . I like drinking juices too as it is healthy as it contains vitamins like vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, fiber, proteins, copper, magnesium . With this vitamins , we will not fall sick easily . In my opinion , juices are more healthy then carbonated drinks . As carbonated drinks causes dehydration , weight gain and has a high sugar content .

2) My opinion about eating only vegetables is that some vegetables are organic products and some people prefers eating vegetables than meats , fishs and etc. Some health benefits from eating vegetables are reducing your risk of having heart diseases like heart attack and strokes which puts your life at risk . Organic foods are also lower in calories which is beneficial to our health.

3) Schools play an important role in promoting healthier food choices . Schools can put more organic foods , reduce oil level in the dishes we eat and sell more fruit juice rather then carbonated drinks . For example , in my school, fruits are given after we buy our food which encourages students to eat a healthier lifestyle .

1)The man in the picture is healthy because there is a carton of orange juice which is a very healthy choices and i do think that any kind of fruit juices are more healthier choice then gassy drinks which are full of sugar which may effect once health in his or her life life in the future .
2) being a vegetarian I do eat vegetables n other food that have protein in it but if its only vegetables then I would not be able to survive in school lesson or in any physical actives that I have to participate in school. the reason why I say that is because eating vegetables only will not give me the energy i need for the day. Even though vegetables are known to be healthy for us and is able to cure certain health problems that one is facing. So to sum up this whole question I honestly feel that eating vegetables only will be a problem for me because I will get tired easily.
3) I feel that school now a days do have healthier choices. like in my ex-primary school they made sure that we had vegetables ,meat and fruits too and apparently my school was one of the first school to promote healthy lifestyle eating and it also came came out in new in the 2009 if I'm not wrong.i think that having healthier choices will give a start for a child to healthy and is able to make healthier choices in the future.
