         <description><![CDATA[<div>When you perform aerobic training for a long time, the Stroke Volume increases resulting in an increase of the size of the heart. This happens because of the increase in the muscle mass of the hearty chambers, mainly the walls of the left ventricle. The stroke volume increases because the demand for oxygen, delivery of nutrients and removal of toxins increases, the heart rate and stroke volume increases to meet those demands</div>]]></description>
