Today, we went out to the yard. We dug a small hole, cleaned around a little tree, watered it, and now we are observing its progress as it grows.

We became waste hunters at our school for a cleaner world. We designed drums from waste materials and held a rhythm activity at our school.

The children played together and enjoyed friendly competition, with the winner being the one who reached the finish line first. Through this activity, they learned that recycling can be fun, creative, and full of exciting possibilities!

In our school, we became true Eco Heroes! We began by reading environmental storybooks to understand the importance of recycling and protecting our planet. The children expressed their ideas by drawing green recycling bins and blue rubbish bins and reinforced their learning through a fun anagram activity with the Greek word for "recycling." Together, we created our own classroom recycling bin, which is regularly filled with recyclable materials collected by the children. These materials are not only recycled but are also reused in our classroom to create imaginative crafts and constructions. Through this hands-on experience, the children discovered that many everyday objects can have a second life instead of becoming waste. This activity encouraged creativity, reduced waste, promoted responsible consumption, and helped our students understand that even small everyday actions can make a meaningful contribution to protecting the environment.
