Concerns to students:

- To those students who don't pay attention in class or only listen when there's a parent around.

- To those students who have been taking lessons in Ripple for years, but we couldn't see many improvements.

- I advised those students with group classes at different levels to have separate classes but they didn't listen.

As one of the tutors, we did our part to give our best and provide quality teaching. Are we allowed to report these kinds of students?

Hello,

Are there any solutions for group classes? This concern has been brought up several times but students who are taking lessons with their siblings are increasing instead. Moreover, students taking group classes have a huge difference with their levels. It is difficult and unfair for the tutors. We tutors, gave all our best in giving quality lessons to the students while complying with the company's policy.

Are there updates about the PCI? We had expressed our concerns about it and suggested some alternatives that would benefit both the company and the tutors. It looks like the matter has gone completely quiet and the initiative is implemented somehow without us getting any answers from our concerns.

There are a lot of tutors that don't know how to update take overs and students profiles now (e.g. wrong book updates, wrong pages, book used doesn't match the student's level and will no longer do book reviews even though it is necessary). Are there any other ways to correct them? Reporting the tutors is not the permanent solution for this. Other tutors will still update profiles incorrectly and it will also demotivate the tutor if he/she will be reported.

More tasks and trainings are being done and added recently while the incentives and salary are decreasing and halting. Are there any new upcoming incentives to be given to motivate the tutors more? Decrease in salary and increase in workload is not a fair situation.

Upon receiving our TPM results, I understood that we must respond to emails within 24 hours, which makes sense, especially if the tutor failed. However, it’s mind-boggling, and I genuinely wonder why you still require the tutor to explain 'how we should continue providing quality lessons,' despite passing the TPM. Isn't passing the TPM enough proof of our dedication to doing that? Can't we tutors have a break? We already have so much on our plates daily. I reckon a simple acknowledgment would be enough, wouldn’t it? Thank you.
