Creating an entire DTO charter within DLP is no small feat. Only when I started reporting to him I understood why he is successful in the way he is. His thought process of approaching a problem is distinct and is based on sound knowledge of the business and a clear understanding of the strategic objective. In a support team like LMAQ, his entrepreneurial mindset is a refreshing change that challenges the limits of pre-defined boundaries and creates new avenues for his entire team to grow and deliver. As a manager, he leads from the front, contributes equally, provides great insights, encourages everyone and helps them grow through constructive feedback. He always maintains his calm & composure, radiates strong personality in executive calls and can articulate his thought process clearly in documents. 

It has been a great learning experience. It is no surprise that he will do well in his next stint and in his overall professional career. Looking forwards for our paths to cross again.
