This happens when a person is targeted or investigated due to their race or ethnicity. This has been an ongoing global issue with different countries taking different approaches. They make to conscientious effort to not view race. This sounds like a great approach to the issue on the surface. However as a Humanity we need to accept the differences and not overlook them. Every race has a rich culture, that needs to be celebrated and not forgotten. 

Race s an extremely powerful tool. It gives people the ability to acknowledge someones culture. However it can also be used to judge people and to become a calling card for racism. With no knowledge of my actions i can be accepted into groups of people based on my skin colour.
