Pitaya usually refers to fruit of the genus Stenocereus, while pitahaya or dragon fruit refers to fruit of the genus Selenicereus, both in the family Cactaceae.<br><br>What is the benefits of dragon fruit? Yes , a perfect answer.<br><br>Dragon fruit is <strong>high in vitamin C and other antioxidants</strong>, which are good for your immune system. It can boost your iron levels. Iron is important for moving oxygen through your body and giving you energy, and dragon fruit has iron. And the vitamin C in dragon fruit helps your body take in and use the iron.<br><br>Can we drink water after eating dragon fruit? Let's take a look..<br><br>Your stomach needs to maintain the pH level within a specific range to ensure a smooth digestion process.
