It is a fictional book. The main character is Auggie. This book is written in multiple point of views. This book We also see a glimpse in the view of Via (Aggie’s sister), Justin (Via’s boyfriend), Miranda, Summer and Jack (Aggie’s friends) . Auggie is special, he has mandibulofacial dysostotic. Auggie has never gone to school, so when his mom and dad told him that he was to attended 5^th grade he was shocked. Auggie thinks his prepared himself for all that will happen at school. Let’s face it we don’t see people like him all the time and while some of us will be respectful and not say a thing others like to bully so when he finds himself face to face with his bully he isn’t so sure that he prepared himself well. As the book progresses he learns some valuable lesson and makes some strong imprint on some people.  I would say this book would appeal for 4^th graders and up till 7^th grade. I say this because of the emotional level you must be emotional set and even as I read this book I shed a few tears and join in on Aggie’s laughs and joys. I think it also appeals to that age group because by that time most would have either been bullied or witness it or even heard about a person who is/been bullied. Like I have said this book is really emotional and I’d personally say that books that causes you to feel some type of emotion for the characters is almost always a good book. Auggie is that person that you just have to love when you get to know them, Via is insightful and confused. Jack, you see what's going on from the vantage of someone who sees multiple sides of an issue. Justin is a good example of sticking up for others. Miranda address the past and shows relationship changes, she is like a girl who made a mistake and is now trying to fix it. All in all this book has moved me and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to read a book that is moving.
