Both of this topics are relevant to us because now, at our age, we have to start thinking about our future. In this period of time we make our baby steps to achieve our dreams, so before we decide what to do, we have to chose what we want to be in the future, but we have to do this with a full heart of agreement. Both of the theme, don’t follow the mainstream and work hard pays of important because those are the keys to success. We both hope to find some positive advice for how achieve our dreams without giving up. The article contributes to understanding the problem as it shows the pros and cons of the problem.  It is always important to also look at the problem from a different angle and sometimes even listen to what is being said, listen to both sides, and only then choose what is worthwhile for the entity. We both agree with the opinion of the article because at the end of the day mainstream isn’t a bad thing, sometime it can inspect you, and sometime it can drag you down, it’s all about how you look at it.

This article contributes to the problem by the fact that the author of the article tells himself about the hard work he did and that in the end, the same hard work paid off for him.  The author says that he always believed and knew that the reward was on the road, the reward was waiting for him, something that hard work would pay off for him in some part of life, the hard work would pay off. We agree with the article for the simple reason that we know from personal experience that hard work pays off at the end of the day.  Every little thing you do, if you invest 100% in it and give of yourself 100% you will see results that will really surprise you but it's all a matter of time and it's important not to give up halfway.

The main theme of the whole literary piece “The wave” is about not following the main stream. In the story, we see how the whole school follows what most children do, and why?  Because that's the easiest thing to do.  Standing up for yourself and resisting a huge number of students is an act of heroism that requires a lot of courage and self-confidence.  Students at the school were unable to come and stand on their own, instead they chose to do what everyone else did and go with the flow. Follow the mainstream, follow the wave.

Working hard pays off- A summer’s reading 
In the story we are told about a boy who has one goal for this coming summer.  But by his condition and by his willpower, it can be concluded that it will not happen.  The boy set himself a goal that he so desperately wanted to achieve but according to his standard of living and his laziness it does not seem that his goal will be realized in the future.  Despite the support he receives the boy is still in a neighborhood that is a bit difficult to succeed in, he has been through things in life that block him from success.  But, at the end of the story, the boy manages to reset himself and work hard to achieve his goal.

We decided to choose the movie The Little Mermaid because in this movie we see a situation where the main character decided not to go with the flow and instead to try something new, something they did not try.  Little mermaid Ariel has known since a young age and was educated so that people in the surface must not approach us, as all her friends in the ocean do.  But Ariel decided to try something new in life and not go by the flow, rather go against it. In the end, her decision helped her get to places in life that no one thought she could get, and that was only because Ariel decided not to listen to what everyone was saying / doing.  Ariel decided to do an independent act that had not been done before.

Working hard pays off- Cinderella
 We chose the movie Cinderella, a movie we all grew up on.  In the movie we can see Cinderella who all her teenage life worked hard for her stepmother who took care to work her hard without concessions.  Cinderella's dream was to marry the prince, but she's not the only one who dreamed of it.  Her step-sisters really wanted it.  Cinderella was their maid for a long time and worked hard for them, while they, did not appreciate and weigh on her anymore.  After hard work, Cinderella finally managed to get in touch with the prince with whom he decided to continue his life and not with one of the sisters.  Some say that Cinderella was chosen by the prince by luck, but we believe that Cinderella came to be chosen because of all the difficulty and hard work she has done all her life and now she can rest and not run around the whole house like a maid.  Which is why hard work pays off at the end of every day when you do not know when or what awaits you at the end.

Libi, I was educated from a young age that if I have a goal you have to work hard to achieve it, and if there are people who take me down from it I should not listen to them and do what is good only for me, if I hear from those around me what I am told I will not succeed because there is jealousy  Lots of people

In this project we focused mainly on dreams come true and how hard the way to them.  Plus, we talked about the fact that following the current, it's not something that will get you far.  While we were doing the work we were sure there were few situations where we encountered people who worked hard and achieved their goal while taking care to ignore what others had to say.  But, we researched and found that behind almost every successful person was a child who dreamed of getting somewhere and chose to go his own way and not against the current.  That child did not think that if he did something new on his own he would be able to go far.  One thing we can understand from such situations that anyone can, anyone can reach insane successes but it all depends on him, himself.  From this project I learned that only we know what is important to us and what is good for us.  No one else can tell us what to do and how to act.  Only if we do our knee things will we succeed.
