  1. A Leader's Control Their Emotion - Even though Malala get shot by the Taliban,  she never developed a negative feeling of revenge towards them. Being able to control your emotions is not a sign of weakness.
  2. Have The Courage To Speak Up - Despite all the hard time in Pakistan and happened to Malala, that never stopped Malala from speaking out for the rights of girls and women. Malala refused to let the Taliban stifle her courage. “There was fear, but I never let that fear overcome my courage. I let my courage win,” she says.
  3. Listen Well - she keeps her ears open, reaching out to young women who need her help. In order to become a better leader for girls all around the world, she not only care for education and the rights of young girls in her country but also for other underprivileged countries like Gaza, Kenya, Nigeria, etc

Believe That You Can Change The World - When other people are afraid of Taliban, She openly criticized the Taliban on Pakistani TV, calling them out for taking away her basic right to an education. In early 2009, Malala started to blog anonymously. At 11 years of age, she began to write for the BBC in a diary describing her life and being afraid to go to school. 1. Caring and loving

2. Leading from the heart

1. Rational thinking:
He made the correct decision to land the plane on the Hudson river instead of struggling to go back to an airport as the risk of landing the plane on the river is lowest. His rational thinking ensured the safety of those passengers and crews' lives. Rational thinking leads to the correct decision making.

2. Responsible:
As the captain, Chesley Sullenberger understood that his responsibility was to ensure the safety of his passengers and crew. After he performed his amazing move by landing the plane on the Hudson river, he was the last to leave the plane after ensuring no-one was left aboard. For me it is similar for a leader to always remember that : Leave no man behind.

3. Bravery to face the danger and to try something different:
When Chesley Sullenberger found that the plane was unable to make it's way to the airport, he remained calm so that the other passengers and crews can still remain calm and avoid chaos on the plane as the critical situation didn't allow all of them to be captured by their fear. He is brave enough to land the plane on the river as that was quite difficult for a pilot who usually makes the landing on the ground. Value & Ethical Principle:
1. Intelligent
As a leader, being intelligent is very important within an organization because a leader is expected to know a lot. Dr Martin Luther King Jr was a successful leader of the African American civil rights movement in the United States.  He was intelligent in the fact that he was able to lead African Americans in a nonviolent way to the advancement of civil rights.  He was powerful and he used his power to influence the believers

2. Self-confidence
Possessing self-confidence is also a major trait for a leader to possess.  Self-confidence is the ability to be certain about one's competencies and skills.  He was confident in his abilities to lead the African American community to one day be treated equal.  Had Dr. King lacked self-confidence he would not have been able to change the lives of the American people.  Dr. King did not let any negatives against him stop him from achieving greatness

3. Determination
Determination is the desire to get the job done.  Dr King was determined to fulfill his dream of one day being treated as equal.  His drive and passion inspired others to follow him.  Even when times were rough and he was put into prison, he still did not waiver.  He continued his nonviolent journey for the African American people.  Dr King put himself and dangerous situations for his people and he gave it all

Being indulged with numerous amounts of rumors and reports, she remained calm and maintained her composure as the rumors took toll. I believe that her association in helping with charities and childcare centers account for her patience because she must remain humble and self-controlled when dealing with children and homeless people. With patience, a leader can achieve many things, and can also withstand many inevitable watersheds. Princess Diana whom I believe has patience, signifies exactly that.

When her husband was paralysed because of an illness, she took care of all his work for him such as giving speeches and appearing at campaign events in his place.

To successfully lead through crisis a leader must be Innovative likes Captain Sullenberger. When the engines failed, Captain Sullenberger improvised flight solutions not taught in training rather than relying upon by-the-book procedures.

3. Willing To Sacrifices

Luis Urzúa has taken charge of maintaining the cohesion of the group and keeping their spirits high. Meanwhile, the rest of the miners have contributed their own fair measure of effort in exchanging information with the rescue group; boosting their chances of survival by rationing food, and by paying special attention to those miners who are in the most precarious health, and those who are depressed.

2)      Focus 
Everything Urzua had his men do was focused on getting out and surviving in the interim. In addition to rationing food, he had the men use the heavy equipment in the mine to dig to fresh water. This equipment was used sparingly because it would foul their air. He also had men map their tunnel and build a latrine. After all, there's no point in having a well if you're going to starve. By saying "we need a well," Urzua was saying, "We will survive. Let's focus on how."

3)      Discipline
Urzua organized work shifts, giving each miner responsibilities that kept them busy, improved their living conditions and emphasized that individual's importance to the the team. They maintained a schedule, shining lights to simulate day and night. They also maintained a strict diet even after they were delivered food. They were focused on a goal getting out.

4)      Reputation
Urzua had a reputation for protecting and caring for his team, according to a former employee They say as saying: "He is very protective of his people and obviously loves them." This reputation had to be pivotal when he needed to convince 32 other hungry miners, many of whom thought they'd be rescued within days, to ration two-days worth of supplies to last the 17 full days before they were discovered.

He was a given two options by the control tower which were to turn the plane around and land back on the runway, or to fly to the nearest landing place. He knew these 2 options were too risky and will surely cause severe casualties. Because of that, he quickly decided to take a new option which was landing the plane in the Hudson River, resulting all the passengers survived the incident.

He was a very skillful and experienced pilot. it was not easy to land a plane with both of the engines were lost. He was able to minimized the casualties to zero due to his training and simulations.

3) selfless
He did what he must as a pilot and that is ensuring every passengers and crews arrived at the destination safely.  Throughout the Flight 1549 incident, he never stop thinking the best way to ensure everyone in the plane was safe. Even during the landing in the river, he was worried about the passengers, as there were still other dangers waiting for them which were the plane was sinking and the temperature were freezing. Even after help had arrived, he still made sure everyone had left the plane and he was the last one to get off from the plane.

3)      BERANI MEMPERTAHANKAN HAK
Malala seorang anak muda dan wanita yang hebat kerana berani mempertahankan hak beliau dan negara dengan cara yang betul sehingga membuka mata masyarakat dunia. Kekuatan yang ada pada Malala dapat dilihat apabila beliau berkata “Kami menyedari betapa pentingnya suara kami hanya ketika kami disenyapkan” Tragedi yang menimpa Malala telah membuat semua orang menghormatinya. Pelbagai tindakan dilakukan oleh orang-orang dari seluruh dunia untuk menghormati perjuangan Malala. Malah, dua agensi PBB iaitu UNESCO dan UNGEI membuat inisiatif PBB untuk pendidikan kepada wanita.

4)      MENEGAKKAN KEBENARAN DENGAN LISAN
Pada Tahun 2013 Malala telah berpeluang untuk berucap di majlis anjuran Pertubuhan Bangsa-bangsa bersatu. Dalam ucapan tersebut Malala telah membawa nama pakistan, wanita dan pendidikan agar lebih dipandang. Melalui sikap etika dan nilai yang ada pada Malala beliau telah dinobat penerima nobal keamanan termuda dan PBB telah menetapkan 12 Julai adalah hari Malala. Tidak berakhir di situ, beliau mendapat peluang untuk bersuara kembali di Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu selepas pulih sepenuhnya daripada segala pembedahan.

3)      KUAT SEMANGAT
Selepas kejadian tembakan, Malala berusaha untuk sembuh kembali dari segala pembedahan. Beliau meneruskan hidup baru dan menyambung pelajaranya di England. After researching and writing the Sully chapter, I felt strongly that he was a role model. He was the right man for the job. He had probably more understanding of what to do at that given moment than any other pilot in the skies. He literally prepared for those fateful 208 seconds his entire life. Sully had 42 years in the cockpit. In the military and as a commercial airline pilot, Sully studied airplane crashes and pilot error. At the time of the crash, he already had a consulting business dedicated to airline safety.


2. AS A HERO 
-Brave

After watching the movie, I felt Sully was a hero. To me, the movie demonstrated that the key factor was Sully’s decision-making ability. If he had made the wrong decision, he could have killed hundreds of people trying to make it back to the airport. If the plane didn’t have enough altitude, the plane would have undoubtedly hit a sky scraper. The movie and history ultimately show that Sully made the right decision and executed a water landing on the Hudson River.

1. Berani menghadapi cabaran
- Beliau lantang menyuarakan hak wanita dalam pendidikan dimana tempat beliau membesar iaitu negara Pakistan menghalang perempuan daripada mendapatkan pendidikan. Keberanian beliau ini amat dikagumi kerana semasa kecil lagi beliau telah memperjuangkan hak pendidikan wanita.

She stand up for her right had made others aware of their rights. Even she made a radical move of not giving up her seat on bus to a white passenger, she was just trying to defend herself as a black citizen. She did not hurt anyone or had aggressive action towards the driver or passenger. 
 
2. Courage
As we can see, she refused to give up her seat even ordered to do so by the driver. It takes courage to say no when she had suffered from discrimination. If she did not refuse the order, nobody will bother her situation. She helped inspire the black community to boycott the Montgomery buses for over a year. Although widely honored in later years, she also suffered for her act; she was fired from her job, and received death threats for years afterwards. However, she stayed strong, and even manage to write an autobiography in the struggle for justice.
 
3. Determination
After she got arrested, she continued to suffer from discrimination over years, and yet she did not give up in fighting for racial equality. For years, the black community had complained that the situation was unfair. She was so determine and insist to strive for the black community. All she wanted was to be treated fairly as she believed that everyone has their civil rights.

2.Surround yourself  with a great team
When asked why the landing went so well Captain Sullenberger said, “It was many things that in aggregate added up.  Again, e had a highly experienced, well-trained crew.  First Officer Jeff Skiles (co-pilot) and I worked well as a team.”

3.Self-confidence
Captain Sullenberger was described as someone who “is not the sort to be rushed.”

4. Be innovative

Captain Sully said that he was trained to land into the water, and he calmly applied the skill to the situation. He can work with ideas and concepts and creating a vision a strategic plan. Captain Sully excellently demonstrated under extreme conditions. He only had one minute to decide on the strategy to safely land in the water, and he completed.

3. EFFECTIVENESS
The outcome of Captain Sully’s leadership skills was a safe landing. The skills model describes leadership outcomes such as effective problem solving and performance. It is clear that Captain Sully effectively resolved the problem and performed well. He managed to land the plane without injuring any of the passengers or crew members. 

4. TRUST
He can work with people. When he heard the flight attendants giving the first instruction to the passengers, he said he “felt comforted by that”. It shows the trust between the leader and followers. Captain Sully also commented “My entire life up to the moment have been a preparation to handle that particular moment” which shows that he has strived to continue to improve his skills over the years rather than simply becoming overconfident with his skills.

5. INNOVATIVE

Beliau tetap menitik beratkan bahawa pendidikan dan hak terhadap kaum wanita adalah penting. She showed to the world that the patients were just normal human being that deserve respect even in most simple form possible which is shaking their hands normally.
 
She applied the ethical value of fairness
One aspect of fairness is about treating others equally without any discrimination whether in terms of their condition or race. She treat all the aids patient with fairness without any discrimination due to the patients’ condition. Shaking their hands, hugging them, visiting them occasionally, talking and interact with them normally showed that Princess Diana treat the patients fairly as a fellow human being that does not need to be stigmatized and shunned.
 
She applied the ethical value of compassion
Princess Diana had been shown to be very compassionate towards the AIDS patients especially in interacting with them and helping their affairs. She started Landmark Aid Centre and Grandma’s House which both involved in helping the AIDS patients’ affairs. She was also the patron of National AIDS Trust and Turning Point which both also were involved in helping AIDS patients. 1. Brave
Malala Yousafzai proved she is a brave leader through many things she has done. Malala was brave enough to write a blog about life in her home, Swat Valley. This helped Malala and her beliefs become well known throughout the world. She put herself and her family in danger when the Taliban found out about her ventures. For her bravery and efforts, Malala received a Nobel Peace Prize for her efforts. She continued campaigning for women's education rights after she recovered from the shooting.

2. Inspirational
Malala Yousafzai is extremely inspiring as not only did she have a strong believe but she did not give up on it. She spoke out for women's rights even when she risked her life and her family. Malala also gave multiple speeches that inspired many people. The consequences of Malala being inspirational is that others will follow her and may not be afraid to speak out like her.

3. Commitment
Malala showed commitment when she continued campaigning after she was shot by the Taliban. Malala said in her Nobel Speech that she is committed to her goals. She wants to see every child getting quality education and for women to have equal rights.

4. Visionary
Malala's Leadership Style is Visionary. Visionaries inspire people to go forward and achieve a certain goal. Malala proved she is a Visionary when she had a vision that women should be allowed to be educated. This in turn gained her followers that believed in what she believed in.

Value & Ethical Principles:

1.       Responsible 

In the most traumatic of circumstances about 700 metres underground, Luis Urzua found himself shouldering responsibilities of the most extraordinary kind and he has no intention of relinquishing command of the 33 men in his care. As a shift foreman, he has to organize all the miners and make sure they are safe under his control during the shift. When the tragedy happened, Urzua’s 12-hours shift stretches to nearly two month of command and control, but he never questioned or neglected his responsibilities during that period. This proves that Luis Urzua is not a leader just for the sake of the job, but he is a real leader that fulfil his responsibility to his people whenever he has to.

 

2.       Value-based decision making

Luis Urzua is a very great leader because he managed to make a right and quick decision during critical time where every second is valuable. At the moment of the mine collapse, he quickly ordered his man to huddle while he took three miners and scouted up the tunnel. Urzua instituted a set of rules and regulations that were both methodically rigid and crucial to men’s survival. He ordered that the mine’s stash of emergency food be rationed into minimal portions-two spoons of tuna fish. He admitted that were tough decisions to be made 700 metres below the ground when all hope seemed lost. A decision making skill is very important as a leader because he has to decide and a whole team might face all the risks from false decision. Luis managed to make it correct based on his knowledge and experiences.

3.       Motivational and exemplary leadership 

Luis Urzua is a truly motivated leader as he tried to spreading positive vibes and instilled hopes on the men. He told them to have strength and kept on trying to survive until the end. He also help the men to cope mentally for a long-term survival situation. As a leader, he kept the positivity to motivate others. Although he actually was the last man to be rescued, he was found to be remained cool and calm after experiencing the traumatic tragedy.

4         Focus on team building and objectives.

Luis Urzua said that it is very important for keeping the men bonded and focused on survival. The secret to achieve that was the majority decision-making. The miners needed to be considerate among themselves. They all agreed to share the food that was there, even though everybody was really starving. Besides, they still put some efforts to find a way out. The men divided up into work groups to take care of the trucks and organize the food. The leader should focus on team building and make sure the team aware and focus to achieve the objectives, even there are many obstacles and difficulties, but if they work as a team, everything can be solved together.

Tembakan yang dilakukan oleh puak Taliban langsung tidak melunturkan semangatnya bahkan lebih menyemarakkan lagi keinginannya untuk menentang keganasan dan penindasan terhadap kanak-kanak dan remaja serta memperjuangkan hak asasi bagi semua kanak-kanak dan wanita untuk menerima pendidikan. Keberanian yang dimilikinya menjadikan beliau menerima pengiktirafan dan banyak anugerah daripada pihak seluruh dunia serta berjaya menghasilkan projek dari Malala Fund yang ditubuhkan untuk membangunkan sekolah di kawasan kampungnya dan juga bagi membantu rakan lain seluruh dunia. Projek tersebut berkembang di enam negara dan bekerjasama dengan pemimpin dunia.

 

2.       SUMBER INSPIRASI

Beliau menjadi sumber inspirasi terutamanya kepada wanita di seluruh dunia kerana keberaniannya dalam menentang dan mempertahankan hak serta kebijaksanaannya melontarkan kata-kata. Beliau sangat berani melontarkan kata-kata dan pandangannya untuk memberi inspirasi kepada mereka diluar sana walaupun diri dan keluarganya dalam keadaan yang berisiko. 

 

3.       SEMANGAT YANG TINGGI

Malala seorang yang tidak mudah berputus asa walaupun pernah di serang oleh puak Taliban dan pernah mengalami kisah hidup yang tragedi tetap beliau tetap meneruskan usaha beliau untuk mendapatkan hak Pendidikan kepada kanak-kanak dan wanita. Beliau juga berjuang tampil memberikan semangat dan motivasi serta beliau juga mengadakan kempen #BooksNotBullets dan #YesAllGirls agar dunia bersama-sama dalam memperjuangkan pendidikan untuk anak-anak perempuan. Selain itu, beliau telah mengadakan pengembaraan program advokasi beliau iaitu ‘ Girl Power Trip’ ke Amerika Utara, Timur Tengah, Afrika dan Amerika Latin untuk bertemu secara bersemuka semua gadis dan mendengar rintihan mereka yang menghalang anak-anak perempuan ke sekolah. 

Walaupun Malala telah mendaftar diri di Universiti Oxford, keprihatinan dan komitmen beliau tetap diteruskan. Perjuangannya untuk mendapatkan keadilan pendidikan kepada 130 juta kanak-kanak perempuan seluruhh dunia telah disambut oleh pelbagai pihak dan telah mempunyai rangkaian antarabangsa melalui wakil-wakilnya di setiap negara.

1.Prihatin 
Princess Diana merupakan seorang yang sangat prihatin.  Hal ini kerana beliau memahami kesusahan  yang ditempuhi oleh rakyatnya sehingga sanggup menggadai nyawanya sendiri.  Bukan itu sahaja,  dapat dibuktikan lagi bahawa Princess Diana telah membuka unit pertama di UK yang dikhaskan untuk merawat pesakit yang mempunyai penyakit AIDS. Keprihatinan Princess Diana ini kepada rakyat sangat bagus sehingga sanggup menyumbang sejumlah wang kepada rakyat. Sudah jelas sifat yang ada Princess Diana ini adalah seorang yang prihatin. 

2. Tidak berputus asa atau Kuat semangat
Princess Diana mempunyai semangat yang kuat dan tidak mudah berputus asa.  Hal ini dapat dijelaskan lagi apabila beliau ditimpakan pelbagai cabaran dalam hidup.  Contohnya,  beliau menghadapi situasi penceraian tetapi beliau tetap kuat dan meneruskan hidup bagaikan tiada apa yang berlaku. Selain daripada, cabaran daripada penceraian juga,  beliau juga telah dikritik oleh media,  keluarga diraja,  orang awam dan sebagainya.  Namun begitu,  beliau tetap cekal dan tidak menghiraukan apa yang berlaku serta tetap menjadi seorang pemimpin yang berwibawa dan sentiasa positif. 

3. Baik hati
Princess Diana mempunyai hati yang sangat baik kerana sentiasa mendengar keluhan rakyatnya.  Bagi beliau,  sebagai pemimpin menjaga kebajikan rakyat serta mendengar segala keluhan rakyat merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting.  Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan prinsipnya iaitu " I dont' go by the rule book as i lead from the heart,  not the head ".   Berdasarkan prinsip beliau telah menunjukkan dengan jelas bahawa beliau mempunyai hati yang sangat baik.

Walaupun umurnya masih muda lagi, Malala Yousafzal memperjuang dan memperkasa kaum wanita serta memperjuangkan hak asasi manusia di seluruh dunia. Kisah hidup Malala wajar dijadikan teladan supaya kita lebih hargai peluang pendidikan yang tersedia di negara kita yang aman ini walaupun telah dicabar oleh kuasa dominan yang menyekat kebebesan.

2.Seorang yang bersungguh-sungguh.

Malala Yousafzal adalah seorang yang bersungguh-sungguh dalam mengejar cita-citanya. Malala Yousafzal sanggup belajar secara senyap-senyap apabila tidak dibenarkan oleh pihak Taliban untuk bersekolah. Malala Yousafzal turut melakukan usahanya dengan bersungguh-sungguh sehinggakan suaranya dapat didengari oleh pihak atasan. 

3.Seorang yang berani.

 Malala Yousafzal adalah seorang yang berani. Hal ini kerana , Malala Yousafzai pernah terlibat dalam kejadian yang paling mengerikan dalam hidupnya selepas nyawanya diancam kematian.Pada 9 Oktober 2011 , seorang pengganas daripada pihak Taliban yang berang dengan Tindakan Malala yang lantang bersuara telah menyerang Malala dengan menembaknya di kepala sebanyak tiga kali das tembakan. Namun begitu, Malala Yousafzal dapat diselamatkan dan setelah pulih, Malala masih bergiat aktif dalam menyuarakan hak asasi manusia di mata dunia.

4.Seorang yang berfikiran terbuka.

Malala Yousafzal adalah seorang yang berfikiran terbuka. Malala Yousafzal selalu berfikir tentang nasib yang akan berlaku terhadap kaum perempuan terutamanya di tempat tinggalnya apabila kaum perempuan disishkan di dalam negaranya. Oleh itu , Malala Yousafzal telah mulakan langkah dengan menekankan pendidikan di dalam kehidupan sehinggakan telah berjaya menghasilakan sebuah buku yang bertajuk “ I am Malala” yang sehingga kini memberi inspirasi kepada seluruh dunia.


5.Seorang yang tabah.

Malala Yousafzal ini adalah seorang yang tabah. Selepas ditimpa dengan pelbagai ujian seperti tidak dibenarkan bersekolah, terpaksa berpindah ke kawasan lain dan hampir dibunuh oleh pengganas Taliban, Malala Yousafzal tetap tabah dan cekal dalam meneruskan usahanya sebagai orang yang ingin menegakkan kebenaran dan menginginkan kesamarataan terhadap lelaki dan perempuan. Malala juga kini telah menjadi seorang guru demi ingin melahirkan manusia yang tinggil ilmu pengetahuannya.

Malala sangat aktif dalam memperjuangkan hak wanita dalam pendidikan, terutamanya kanak-kanak. Malala pernah menulis sebuah blog tanpa nama dengan kerjasama BBC. 2. Semangat Memperjuangkan Hak Asasi
Malala memberi sokongan penuh untuk memberikan pendidikan kepada anak perempuan dan gadis remaja. Malala dedicated and sought for education even she lived in a culture that values boys over girls. In 2017, Malala was designated a United Nations Messenger of Peace to help raise awareness of the importance of girls’ education. At the end, she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014 for her “struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education.”

2. Bravery
On 9 October 2012, Malala had been shot by a Taliban gunman when she travelled home from school. Although she was 15 years old, she has already been advocating for girls’ right on education in her home country of Pakistan for several years. She has continued to fight for the right and she stands up time and time again against fear and threats and violence especially the Taliban’s noose ever tightened around her country, her family, and her safety. When Malala grew up, her outspokenness become more visible. As she wrote in her autobiography, “I decided I wasn’t going to cower in fear of [the Taliban’s] wrath.”

3. Determination
Malala Yousafzai shows the courage on doing the right thing. She dedicates for girl’s education. At an even younger age than fifteen, she had been already an ardent activist. She blogged for the BBC on the oppressions of life under the Taliban and was the subject of a New York Times documentary. She published speech often, including one entitled “How dare the Taliban take away my right to an education.” As a result, she won both the International Children’s Peace Prize and Pakistan’s first Youth Peace Prize before she was shot.

Beliau tidak pernah khuatir tentang pandangan orang lain terhadap beliau. Beliau sentiasa berfikir berdasarkan prinsip hidup beliau. Salah satu waktu ikonik Princess Diana yang menunjukkan beliau seorang yang amat berani membuat keputusan dengan sendiri adalah apabila beliau memeluk seorang pesakit HIV tanpa rasa takut. Pada ketika itu, pesakit HIV masih dipandang rendah dan dipinggirkan daripada masyarkat awam. Princess Diana menggunakan platform beliau untuk mendidik masyarakat mengenai HIV. 
 
2.      Penyayang
 
Beliau sentiasa menghormati pandangan orang lain. Malah, semasa perarakan berlaku, Princess Diana sentiasa pergi ke arah rakyat dan berbual dengan kebanyakan yang hadir. Ini menyebabkan ramai rakyat menyayangi beliau. Di samping itu, cara beliau memberikan perhatian kepada kanak-kanak menunjukkan betapa penyayangnya beliau. Beliau sentiasa tunduk atau duduk pada aras mata yang sama dengan kanak-kanak semasa bercakap dengan mereka. Beliau tidak mengetepikan kanak-kanak hanya semata-mata mereka masih muda. 
 
3.      Berani
 
Semasa membaca memoir Princess Diana, saya terjumpai sebuah gambar beliau berjalan pada kawasan lapang yang dikatakan mempunyai banyak periuk api yang aktif. Saya terpegun dengan keberanian beliau melawati kawasan seperti ini. Malah, semasa para jurugambar meminta beliau berjalan pada kawasan lapang itu pada kali kedua kerana mereka tidak dapat menangkap gambar dengan baik, beliau hanya menurut tanpa berasa takut.

Jelas sekali impak Princess Diana pada masyarakat awam amat tinggi apabila masih ramai yang menganggap beliau sebagai mentor dalam hidup mereka seperti saya. Walaupun beliau puteri daripada negara UK, masih ramai wanita dari serata dunia meminati beliau.

1.DISCIPLINE & DETERMINATION
Dr Martin Luther King managed to lead his fellow African Americans to fight for their civil rights in the most ethical way. Through nonviolence. Even in his 'I Have A Dream' speech, Dr King says "We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence." This not only shows his utmost discipline as a human but also his determination in leading his people in the most dignified way. No matter how much hardships and injustice he had to face, he didn't withdraw yet stood unwavering to the threats for his people.

2. INTELLIGENCE
Dr King was well educated with a Doctorate in Philosophy in Systematic Theology from Boston University. His incredible talent at verbal and perceptual abilities is definitely one of the main key factors that drew followers towards him. The many comprehensive ways he used to spread his fair ideologies hooked great influence on people and inspired them to thrive harder. As one of my top 3 idolized leaders, I, a youngster from multiple generations away, am still inspired every single time I hear or even read Dr King's 'I Have A Dream' speech. That is how brilliant his communication skills as an authentic leader is.

3. EMPATHY
This is the most moving aspect of Dr King as a leader that I admire the most. In order to lead his people, he realized and decided to walk with them in their shoes instead of simply walking before them. He spent more time trying to understand his people by talking to them. Even when he was imprisoned and his family had to be moved to a run-down building for half a year, he still didn't waver and continued working on housing inequalities. As a leader, Dr King had the utmost understanding of his people's feelings and thoughts and he poured all considerations into that as he worked hard to actualize his dream and his people's.

Luis Urzua's calmness has saved himself and his coleagues from being dying in the accident. Luis Urzua remained calm and did not panic althought he recognised the seriousness of the accident. Calmness is the most crucial mental factor when we are facing difficulties. The more difficult the challenge, the more calmness we need to remain. Calmness is important to let us finding solution to solve the problem, we cannot find the best solution if we get panic because of the mess inside our brain."Calmness is the cradle of power" by Josiah Gillbert Holland.

2.Decisive
Luis Urzua did not hesitate and decided to help them to cope with their mental issues no matter how hard was the situation while trapping inside the mine. He also decide and made detailed maps of the area to help with the rescue effortand co-ordinated closely with engineers on the surface. At the end, his decision not only save himself but all of his colleagues. Without his decision, the situation might not be good as this.

 Even though princess Diana had to face many challenges to be a leader. She still has a positive thinking about how to handle the problem like the divorce matter, family matter and also the social welfare. How clever and brilliant she was as she adapted to the problems and clear the problem without any rush decision were made. She still continues the charity works that she used to do even though she was divorced Prince Charles. Despite all the rough challenges she faces, she still had her patience to take over the kingdom as an heir. These incidents pictures her as someone who are able to do everything and anything to carry their responsibility.

2. Concerned

Princess Diana is very concerned about her people because of her nature which often cares about the current situation. He is willing to learn sign language to address the issue of deafness among the people. In the early 80s, he also gave a lot of awareness to the people about HIV or AIDS. Teaching and guidance are also provided to ensure that the disease can be controlled. He also visited and communicated with AIDS patients by shaking hands without wearing gloves. He has revealed that the disease will not be contagious through contact. Although the situation was opposed by the Queen, she still monitored the problem of the HIV patient.     At some point of our life, we may feel stuck in certain situations and it may constrict our steps/plan on achieving our goal. We should always believe that we have the potential to do anything we put our mind on and that we will reach heights we could never imagine. Malala did not stay quiet when the girls’ education in Swat Valley was being stripped away. Malala still spoke out bravely against the injustice she and other girls’ were facing. Malala’s effort played vital role in creating awareness on the girls' education.
  • NEVER GIVE UP
    Most of the time, when things get complicated or challenging, we tend to back down and give up. Making a huge impact and change requires high consistency of action, patience, time and endless efforts. However, to make justice to our purpose, we should keep striving and should not give up at any cost. When Malala was shot back in 2012, entire world watched as she fought for her life. She said “I felt nothing, maybe just a bit satisfied. So they did it. My only regret was that I hadn’t had a chance to speak to them before they shot me. Activism or the process of making any kind of change in this world is not only about one individual. It is the united voice of a collective. In order to spread awareness and to create an impact, it is important to give opportunity to those in needs of it. Malala met so many girls who faced endless struggles and challenges in their life , throughout her journey of activism. She then retold and brought out their stories and sufferings to the outer world. In one of her book, called We Are Displaced, she shared the experience and the struggles of refugee girls all around the world. By this she gave every individual a chance to voice out their emotions and situations to make a change and to spread awareness effectively, instead of prioritising her own voice and perspective.

2. Decisive
Luis Urzua equally divided out their sparse supplies. He then rationed their food into minimum shares and kept the miners' spirits up while waiting for rescue. With two spoonsful of tuna fish and half a glass of milk every 48 hours, the miners managed to survive under this dire situation. Due to Luis Urzua's decisive actions, the food supplies expected to last just 48 hours, which was two days, could provide for the miners for more than two weeks.

3. Rational
After the mine collapsed and the rescuers tried to drill a rescue hole had failed, Luis Urzua utilized his training as a topographer. He produced precise maps of the mine, which involves more than 2km of tunnels, caves, and a 35m2 refuge. Moreover, Luis Urzua also divided the mine's refuge into a work area, a sleeping area, and a sanitary facility with a map. Luis Urzua then established a 12-hour shift schedule and benefited the headlights of mining trucks to simulate sunlight.

Princess Diana was known as a "people's princess". According to Holly Buchanan, Princess Diana spread knowledge about social issues that lead to the growth and strength of certain groups that were otherwise overlooked by society. She cared about those who were lesser than her and put them first.

3. Positivity
Princess Diana adapt an emotional intelligence where she uses her ability to perceive and express her emotions. She talked to the public about her struggle with bulimia and suicide instead of hiding them. Not only that, although being face with divorce and constant criticism from both the media and the royal family themselves, Princess Diana was able to prove her adaptability and stay a positive influence for people all over the world. Martin Luther King berani dalam menolak daripada menerima apa-apa ketika itu dapat diterima dan menggariskan visi yang berani tentang apa yang perlu diubah, mengapa perlu diubah dan bagaimana akan di ubah. Keberaniannya telah membawa pendidikan kepada ribuan kanak-kanak dan telah memberi inspirasi kepada orang ramai.
 
2) Tidak berputus asa
Walaupun telah ditembak oleh Taliban semasa memperjuangkan haknya, Malala tidak berputus asa melawan keganasan dan ketidakadilan. Malah menjadikannya semakin kuat dan menyebabkan ramai orang bersama dengannya.
 
3) Berpendirian Tetap 
Malala berpendirian tetap bahawa usia tidak ada kaitan dalam memperjuangkan apa yang benar, sesiapa sahaja boleh bersuara untuk memperbaiki dunia di sekitar mereka.
 
4) Prihatin
Malala telah menubuhkan Dana Malala bersama ayahnya untuk memberi setiap gadis hak untuk pendidikan selamat, percuma dan berkualiti.

1.       PENYAYANG

Beliau sentiasa menghormati padangan orang lain. Selain itu, semasa perarakan berlaku, Princess Diana sentiasa bertanya khabar kepada rakyat biasa dan berbual kepada semua yang hadir. Hal ini menyebabkan rakyat menyayangi dan hormat kepada beliau. Di samping itu , cara beliau menjaga dan memberi perhatian kepada kanak-kanak menunjukkan betapa penyayangnya beliau.

2.        Nilai penghormatan

Beliau menunjukkan nilai penghormatan terhadap para pesakit tersebut walaupun menyedari akan risiko tinggi apabila bersentuhan dengan para pesakit tersebut melalui bersalaman dengan mereka.

3.       Berani menghadapi cabaran

Keberanian atau kesungguhan serta kesanggupan menghadapi cabaran dan masalah serta risiko, baik yang berpunca dari luar diri atau dalam diri sendiri. Tanpa sikap yang berani ini, sebarang kejayaan yang diingini sama sekali tidak akan dapat dicapai oleh seorang pemimpin dan juga ahli-ahlinya.

1)bijak membuat keputusan
kapten chesley sullenberger mempunyai komitmen yang tinggi dengan menetapkan pendiriannya dan mendaratkan kapal terbang di sungai hudson.Pada situasi begitu beliau mengambil tindakan yang bijak kerana tidak memetingkan diri dan mengutamakan keselamatan semua krew dan penumpang.

2)bertanggungjawab
Ini dibuktikan apabila semasa kapal mendarat di sungai hudson.beliau bertanggungjawab memastikan semua orang berada dalam keadaan selamat dan beliau menjadi orang yang terakhir keluar daripada kapal terbang tersebut.Seorang kapten yang bertanggungjawab sentiasa mendahulukan orang lain berbanding dirinya sendiri.

3)tenang dalam setiap situasi
Apabila kapal terbang yang dibawa oleh beliau mengalami kerosakan beliau dengan tenang mengawal situasi tersebut. 1)    BERANI DAN BERJIWA RAKYAT
Martin merupakan seorang pemimpin yang berani dan merendah diri.Perkara ini jelas apabila beliau telah bertindak menyalam pesakit AIDS tanpa memakai sarung tangan,walhal pada ketika itu semua sedia maklum bahawa penyakit tersebut boleh berjangkit melalui sentuhan.Tindakan yang dilakukan Martin ini juga menunjukkan beliau amat menghormati perasaan orang sekeliling tanpa mengira pangkat dan darjat.Oleh itu,pentingnya disini bahawa seorang pemimpin itu perlulah berani dan sentiasa merendah diri dalam segala tindakan yang dilakukannya.
2)    KUAT SEMANGAT 
Martin juga merupakan seorang pemimpin yang kuat dan cekal dalam kehidupan untuk memperjuangkan hak rakyat dan sama-sama ingin masyarakt yang lain mendapat pendidikan yang sama rata untuk semua lapisan.Beliau juga mahu masyarakat Amerika berjaya dan mendapatkan pendidikan yang terbaik bagi mengubah mentaliti masyarakat sekeliling yang sempit dan tidak bertanggungjawab.

1. BAIK
Puteri Diana adalah pemimpin yang berkesan dan baik. Dia selalu merasa simpati terhadap anak-anak yang tiada tempat tinggal dan orang kurang upaya. Ketika diletakkan dalam posisi yang berkuasa, dia menaja dan menumpukan perhatian kepada semua amal yang mungkin bermanfaat bagi anak-anak. Melalui tindakan ini dia berharap agar semua anak di seluruh dunia bahagia.
 
 

 2. BERANI
 Puteri Diana adalah pemimpin teladan yang berani dan penyayang. Dia melawat pesakit AIDS di sebuah hospital di London. Dia menghabiskan masa duduk di sisi katil pesakit dan berjabat tangan dengan mereka tanpa sarung tangan pembedahan. Tindakan ini mengubah persepsi dunia dan membuktikan bahawa penyakit ini tidak dapat disebarkan melalui hubungan biasa.
 
 3. MEMIMPIN SEPENUH HATI
 Puteri Diana bertekad untuk membesarkan dua anaknya agar menjadi rendah hati dan menggunakan kekuatan mereka untuk memperbaiki kehidupan masyarakat. Dia sering membawa anak-anaknya bersama semasa lawatan ke hospital dan mereka terus menyokong warisan ibu mereka dan menjadi pelindung kepada beberapa badan amal yang sangat dia dukung.

1. Prihatin
Princess Diana merupakan seorang pemimpin yang sangat prihatin tidak kira dalam apa jua situasi. Salah satu buktinya ialah apabila dia pergi menziarahi pesakit AIDS untuk bertanyakan khabar dan membuka mata rakyat tentang penyakit AIDS.

2. Merendah Diri
Walaupun beliau adalah dari kerabat diraja, beliau senitiasa bertegur sapa dan bertanyakan khabar bersama rakyat. Beliau mendapat gelaran "The People's Princess" disebabkan sifat beliau yang sangat berjiwa rakyat.

3. Bijak dalam membuat keputusan
Princess Diana merupakan seorang pemimpin yang sangat bijak dalam mengatur langkah. Hal ini boleh dilihat apabila beliau melawat pesakit AIDS dikala rakyat merasakan bahawa pesakit AIDS harus dijauhi. Hal ini telah sedikit sebanyak membantu memberi kesedaran kepada rakyat bahawa pesakit AIDS juga adalah manusia dah mempunyai perasaan.
