Some people take precautions to not get pregnant and some fail, there is no birth control that is 100% effective. And unless you’ve had a child you cannot get your tubes tied, you can only get them burned which is only 99% effective and only last 10 years, and is considered a cosmetic surgery therefore insurance won’t help. You cannot except women who wish not to have kids to remain there whole life in abstinence. Not to mention that some pregnancy are results of rape, and although it is tricky to prove sometimes, I believe it should be up to the woman. It is her body.
