         <description><![CDATA[<div>對任何事物都可以抱持著懷疑的態度，不過也要學習知識、了解制度，否則也無法建構成熟的價值觀，沒有價值觀也無法進行客觀的批判性思考。<br>人生來具有創造力，不過常被制式的習慣所囿，有時候，必須得跳脫習慣的思維框架，才能有天馬行空的創意，超乎現實沒關係，或許有一天，通往夢想的鷹架就能夠被逐步構成。<br>解決問題與邏輯能力非常相關，希望能帶領學生，一步步地去找出問題、找出方法，進而解決問題。邏輯能力其實就是合理的關聯能力，找到事物之間的關聯性，從中找到介入的方法，進而達成目的。簡單來說，就是按部就班、確立目標和達成目標。</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>我覺得每個人都是一本書，內容不一而同。能不能翻開它，有時候還滿倚賴機緣的。不過，我們有緣分與人接觸，就有打開這本書的機會。我希望我能珍惜每一個機會。<br>人，是很重要的資源，也是我們教師的責任。而有時候，學生也是我們的教師，又或是我們人生的功課。當我產生情緒時，我可以思考我會在意的某些情況下，到底是發生了什麼，讓我如此介意，若是能夠找到答案，那真是很幸運的一件事！我就可以找到方法去建構自己的想法，這種自省，的確可以讓我下次遇到相同狀況的時候，內心的起伏就降低了，也能更理性地處理當前的狀況，甚至還能順便進行機會教育一下，所以，學生常常也是教師成長的補藥啊~ 雖然遇到某些脫線的，甚至是離線的，還是會偷偷以小惡魔稱呼啦...</div>]]></description>
