 There are people that learn and actively listen in class without looking at the speaker. For example, in Mr. Potters' class he encourages that we draw and sketch while he speaks, because it engages both your "left brain" and "right brain". - We set goals to organize ourselves as well as challenge ourselves in whatever we need to accomplish or reach.

- Sometimes we set goals that are too high for us reach, we often overthink how much we're capable of doing. It's ok to not reach goals because you can learn from failing.
