Nature in the City is turning 20, and we're planning a biggish event in the Green Hairstreak Corridor event to include making iNat observations, food, drink, portable toilet, etc.

Set a collective species target - like aim to document 10,000 species over the 10th anniversary weekend, updating the progress on a digital counter. Or a countdown to the 10,000 species documented - maybe this person gets a prize or a shout-out. (might be a stretch).
