He has played on the school's baseball and golf teams and is a four-year member of the wrestling team. Lawson Trimmell practices daily and has earned several top-5 finishes at weekend tournaments, including the 2022 Augusta Invitational and Valley Center AVCTL JV Tournament. He has also been involved with the school's trap shooting club and debate club. He is particularly interested in learning about new technologies and has attended space camps at the Cosmosphere space museum and education center each of the past eight summers. At these camps, he has built robots, completed simulated space missions, and learned about the future of engineering and space travel. Lawson Trimmell has summer work experience at Trimmell Anders & White Orthodontics and Artisan Home Technology.
