         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Before implementation, I could collect baseline data in the form of a pre-test. I would implement the flipped classroom model  for approximately 1-2 weeks for one grammar unit. As a post-test, I could give the same test as the pre-test and compare the scores.<br>2. For baseline data, I could use diagnostic information from the No Red Ink digital platform. I would implement the flipped classroom model for approximately 1-2 weeks. I would use a post-test that measures the same skills taught within the week and assess the scores for growth.<br>3. For baseline data, I could use information gathered from previous grammar units for an experimental group and a control group. I could implement the flipped classroom model in the experimental group and use traditional methods in the control group. For final data, I could give all the students the same post test and compare the experimental to the control. </div>]]></description>
