After couple days, I realized that it’s impossible for a teacher to watch both online and on campus students at the same time. I realized that most of the time, either online or on campus students are left behind not knowing what to do. Can you please place someone to assist teachers? This hybrid mode isn’t working well because two groups of students are doing different things and students are distracted. If school does not have the budget currently to hire assistance, can parents  volunteer at school to check Zoom to assist the online students?  
I know COVID-19  isn’t anyone’s fault but this hybrid schooling can be improved if online students have someone to help them to answer questions, especially if the school internet performance is slow. In 3M, student complete their reading log on Seesaw. In 3R, students complete their reading log on Google Forms. Sometime online students didn’t know what to do, or just waiting for getting in zoom. If someone can focus online student's question or log in issue, we don’t need to contact other moms to tell teachers to let them in etc.
