3.Provide one-stop-shop services offering legal advice, career counseling, and language classes tailored for different age groups.

· Organize cross-cultural community events (e.g., food fairs, festivals) to foster interaction and understanding.

4.Stronger Social Cohesion: Reduced social isolation and a greater sense of belonging and mutual respect between EM and local communities.

1. Job, its difficult for them to find jobs due to the language barrier and because they aren’t familiar with Hong Kong, the salary is too low which is insufficient for comfortably providing for themselves

2. Government, the ethnic minorities themselves, educators, businessmen

The government can perhaps offering direct job-matching services, implementing fully subsidised language training programs, providing support before finding a secure job financially and enacting policies that help with workplace discrimination and for the NCS youths they can teach Chinese at school for they have better job opportunities

4. Helping them increase their Chinese proficiency to help them get jobs and settle into Hong Kong properly, this can help increase the inclusiveness in the society.

3. Offering Chinese learning programmes based on different levels, using english for beginner class, Chinese for advanced class. Programmes include teaching of daily communication speaking skills, reading skills and listening skills. For example, order food, read mtr map. Advanced class will include writing skills as part of the course for writing letters to others in daily life.

4. Increase in percentage of ethnic minorities speaking Chinese, more opportunities for learning in Hong Kong. Let more people feel included of Hong Kong.
