Dear Bea,
We will surely miss your calm and panic voice, at the same time. Mga palitan natin ng out of the blue jokes, mga not so poised comments ko sa LT group na bentang benta sayo. lol Last minute completion ng mga success factors, surveys, comparing notes that we can totally relate with. Mga on the spot, rushed RCA, negotiation of deadlines with you. Combining this all, I think I can say that it was not easy but we tend to just laugh at it. Never na ako naka writeback sa letter mo nung last christmas.. but that letter is pasted in front of me (sa wall). You have no idea how much it means so much to me. All I want to say is thank you! for making my life easy. Thank you for doing great sa role mo. I know you'll do great sa next role mo and you know you always have a space here in DP (kung gusto mo pa kami tulungan sa S&OP) hahaha.

The best achievement mo here is how you evolved as a leader and and a key player sa enterprise. Looking back, ibang iba yung Bea na pumasok sa DP vs. the Bea na lalalabas sa DP.
