DP This is the process in which people and organisations respond to analysis and talk to benefit their technical developments, e.g. suing Technology . I have used (DP) during this course because my focus have covered more analysis than statistical estimate, so my main aim was to gather as much information and sources as possible. Moreover, since COVID 19 has changed educational learning for everyone has , leading and now people have developed and adapted to a new lifestyle . therefor i have been involved in many research ventures and have gained great skills to research authentic knowledge , which gives a greater factor to perform my research efficiently. This was all contributed In technology such as using Microsoft teams for my online lessons and other online websites (Moodle) in which most of my class activities was done.

EMOITNAL Intelligence The process to recognise your own and other people’s emotions. During this lockdown my emotional level was low, but due to tutors giving group activities kept me going busy as I had many people to communicate with not only friends but also loved family ones. PHYSICAL Intelligence To have a healthy brain it is important to live a heathy lifestyle. Every day in the morning I go out for a 20-30 min walk, knowing the fact that this doesn’t make me healthy, but I try to eat and do some physical activities. CULTURAL INTELLIGANCE Cultural Sensitivity is very important as it build diversity of friendships, while having group activities me and my group came from a wide range of background. This not only helped us becomes friends but also learn to respect each other’s religion. COMMUNITY ONNECTIONS Due to the lockdown it was impossible to carry out any physical activates around the community. However me and my friend did a survey on the internet in which we asked people which destinations they preferred travelling , This was a great experience as it allowed me to feel part of an activity related to my course.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES While carrying out this assignment I will be investigating the development of Mental Wealth and the skills required .To do this I will be carrying out a personal skills audit, development plan and will be writing about all the key factors such as (DP), (IC), (EID) and many more. As well as that I will be recommending the future development of skills, for me to do this I will be using the SWOT format to complete all the information.

INDUSTRY CONNECTIONS When talking about learning people often think without books it impossible to learn things. However, over my experience of time learning from people and experience’s is the best way I learn. My tutor Karen gave us workshops at the start of my first weeks as well as helping us to interact by giving many group activities. For me this was a great way to learn as during the start I struggled with online learning as well as the feeling of not being able to make friends or communicate with anyone. But with those activities it helped me become more confident with my work and feel more comfortable in my class, and I try to interact more in class and learn as much as possible.

SWOT ANALYSIS? Over the years I have developed great skills to help me achieve where I want and become and do even better in the future. SWOT analysis is a methodology that facilitates the detection of strengths, vulnerabilities, opportunities, and risks associated with competitive rivalry or project preparation. Meaning that it is a technique to help an organisation detect on anything they need to work on to become better.

SWOT ANALYSIS This technique was used during a group project where picking destinations had to be done wisely. In which I was assigned as the leader of introduction and lying out everything perfectly due to my interests of the chosen destination (Egypt). I have strong opinions which lead me onto conversations for hours then keeping me behind from my actual work. This factor shows that having strong opinion makes me confident about any conversations and gives me a great ability to manage people in a professional way, which is required for the (Hospitality and Management Industry).

In the Hospitality and Management Industry problem solving is a major factor. I have developed great skills while working at (Curry’s PC world) working for a store who states “customers first” has gave me the ability to talk in a significant way to deal with different customers. The fact “customer journey” allows me to understand each problem and find out the solution for it step by step. This does not only solve the problem but allow me to be reliable and manage my skills accordingly which help me for the course I am doing currently doing as it involved (Management).

Mental wealth is developing as many workshops/clubs are been taken place as people are finding other to talk to and improve their mental and physical intelligence. For example (University of East London) has clearly showed how a specific day was held on (June 4th) stating as “Mental Development day”.

However not everyone is as lucky as me to develop these skills. This is due to fact of lack of education, for example people in country such as Africa or Pakistan are less likely to develop any of these skills. Not because they are not worth it but because they do not get a chance to even be told about these skills. A report by the (U.S worlds news) shows that China, India, and U.S was ranked the highest with bad mental health. Therefore the aim of this assignment was for me to consider my great skills, as in the future I want to help other travel as I believe a holiday is always a way of realising stress.

168 words
