Throughout my childhood, I was regarded as someone who was curious with everything. I loved eating, especially chocolate ice cream! Until now I still do💗. However, I struggled in making friends as I was someone who was competitive thus people always saw me as a person who was really uptight and strict. But now, I've made so many friends and I bond with them in unique ways. I am forever grateful for the people who chose to be by my side.

I've got different ways of bonding with my family. For instance, with my dad, we bond over politics, cars, and music. Even though almost everyone is afraid of him, he's the most loving person you'll ever meet. Behind his shell, he's someone who loves giving and receiving love. Growing up, I never liked the compliment "You look like your dad" simply because I wanted to look like my mom. But now, I love it when people say that I do look like him because it reminds me of his gentle and warm love.

With my mom, we bond over "chika" and shopping. We actually collect labubus. I know. We are totally crazy about them and we actually want to dress them up. Ever since I was a child, I've always been closer to my mom. She brings me to her workplace and there, I've always got to mingle with her workmates resulting into me maturing early and loving mature people. I love the fact that she always supports me and I can literally tell anything to her, including my "boy problems". She's totally the best and I love her with all my heart. Words will never be enough to express the love I have for her.

The bond I have with my brother is the typical "love-hate" relationship you could find. Despite that, when one of us is down, we would always drop anything just to be there for each other. Although we don't agree on a lot of things, we never fail to make each other laugh. Just recently he drove just to pick me up because it was already night and that alone speaks a lot of what kind of person he is. He is a gentleman. Like my dad, he's someone who's very loving and he is never afraid to show it.

Lastly, the bond I have with my sister is something that is very subtle. We love video games and spending our dad and mom's money. It's very subtle but it's also very meaningful. I've always tried my best to be the best "ate" there is. With her, I get to unleash that side of me. Although we're both hot-headed people, we would just click. We have a chill relationship.

I love them so much. Even though I am not a very vocal person when it comes to them, they never fail to make me feel loved. I love how they love everyone that I love, especially my best friends. As I said, I am someone who is very competitive. When I was in elementary, I was always active in math competitions and I even got to compete under the name of our city. I always got an overall average of 95 and above. With that, I was the valedictorian of our batch. However, when the pandemic hit, a lot had changed. Classes were online which hindered me in meeting my classmates. But I was able to make a lot of friends and even best friends! I also changed. I was no longer someone who was very uptight but someone who was always laughing and smiling.

Finally! Quarantine has now been lifted and I was able to experience Junior High School. Face-to-face classes mid year of 9th grade. In Junior High School, I was the president of our class and my club, Red Cross Youth. There, I was able to further foster my leadership skills which resulted to the leader I am today. I explored a lot. I went out a lot. I committed a lot of mistakes. But I was able to reflect from it and I became a better person.

10th grade was such a bittersweet experience. Wdym I was to graduate already? There, I met someone who holds a special place in my heart. Grade 10 was super fun and I would always miss my classmates. We were a family. After almost 10 months of being together, we all graduated with flying colors! We literally were together through our ups and downs and I'm just glad they were the people I went through those with. I miss you everyone!
