Currently I am feeling nervous to begin the course, but at the same time I am excited to start learning and creating in a field I am passionate about. Designing a website is what I am most looking forward too. I would say I have a very small circle of websites I use often. Learning web design will hopefully expose me to many different types of websites that I would not normally be interested in.

As far as initial Ideas for my promotional video go, I have very little. I hope to change this as I progress with some if the Idea generating techniques, which I learned during the first tutorial. As of right now I am interested in 3D graphics and 3D Art and It would be great to generate more ideas related to it. As much as I would love to do a promotional video on 3D graphics I still think it’s important to think of ideas that push me out of my comfort zone.

I have decided to create an advertisement for an online NFT marketplace that I have come up with myself. I am calling it Artdome. The goal of Artdome is to present a digital space where NFT's can be traded. The promotional video for Artdome will focus on getting content creates onto the platform rather than getting consumers to buy and sell NFT's.

Target Audience
The target audience will be aimed at anyone who creates digital content. This could include visual artists, Musicians, meme creators, and video game developers.

Age?
NFT's is an emerging digital trend. Younger generations who have grown up with the internet and will more likely trust new digital ideas and technologies. This does not mean the older generations will not be on board with the message and I still assume many will still be interested, just not as much the younger generations.

Gender?
This ad isn't targeted towards one specific gender. The vast amount of possibilities that an NFT can be, allows for specific content to cater towards a specific gender. For example, a portrait of a famous male football player would likely be more popular amongst men. Despite this, I plan to keep the content in the final promotional video gender-neutral.

Profession?
Any person that creates digital content could be targeted for this advertisement. This video also wants to send the message that it could be possible to create your own career using this marketplace. The professions that I plan to focus on are visual artists, video game developers, musicians, and although some may not see it as a profession, meme creators. Content made from professionals in these fields is very popular amongst current NFT websites. People who have already acquired some fame through other professions are also popular amongst on NFT websites. The musician Grimes sold one piece of digital artwork for $388,938. There is value in trying to get the attention of established mainstream artists.

Income?
The focus of the ad will be to get low to medium-income earners onto the platform. The ad wants to present itself as a way to start a career or gain money selling NFT's. I do not want to alienate any higher income earners though as they could also bring value to the business.

Message summary
Creators can be independent and make enjoyable content and still make money on Artdome.

Questions to think about

What do I need to show/say that will convince my audience to take action?

What does my target audience already know/think/feel about my message?

Is there bias?

Tone
The young audience would most likely be feeling curiosity towards NFT's. They are a relatively new creation. It is possible to create excitement about the unknown. The product would also go for a more futuristic tone to fit with the digitally based product. White is an important colour for my website. It represents a blank canvas and gives room for the art on the website to shine. Blue is also an important colour for the brand. It indicates trust that is vital for pursued artists to join the platform. I'm choosing Sans-serrif font as it is a modern approach to typography. The font itself would have a cubism design as it stays within the digital theme. It also ties into the blockchain that is used to verify all NFT's

A font with a cubist design could also fit well with my theme as it ties into the digital website.

IFor the colour palette, I am using bright and warm colours that will seem inviting to the viewers. I chose to use natural-looking light browns and oranges. I want these colours to represent a wooden work surface that has been struck by natural sunlight. I also decided to use light blues and white so I can represent the digital aspect of creating NFT's. Blue and white will also likely be the colours used in the finished design of the website.

My target audience mostly consists of artists and other creators. Videos of
Interest
Most artists started creating out of pure joy for the craft and their own personal growth. It is very important that the promo video focus' on the joy of creating for the artists own reasons. The target audience for the product would mainly be creating in their own homes. Even people advanced in their careers that use an office or studio still probably started creating in their own homes. showing people creating in a household environment gives the video a self-made feel that the audience can resonate with.
Desire
The promo video wants to create the desire to be able to have the freedoms of creating in your own home and on your own terms but still being able to make money.
Action
After the promotional video inspire's the audience to start creating
