I liked most of the matching tools from The entrepreneurial school (TES) (http://www.tesguide.eu/tool-method/skills-strengths-quiz.htm).
TES is a tool that allows students to recognize their strengths and needs. Easy to use and understandable. Young people can find an answer to their unique quest here. The results are inspiring.

I think OPENSKMR is the most interesting one beacuse a lot of people are unhappy becasue they daon't have the job they would like to have in my country. If this tool was applied in my country, many people could be happier. Also, in my country nearly all the students want to go to the universtiy to have a job but if they found the job suitable for their skills they could choose that job.

I think OPENSKMR is the best tool for my country because in my country most students can't choose the job suitable for their skills. This tool may direct the students to the correct jobs. I have appreciate all the matchmaking tools but, if I have to choose one, I think TES is my choice because, according to the TES site, it is a "quiz format for children to identify their own strengths and 'lifelong learning' skills that can be applied in real life contexts, in particular skills in taking responsibility for own learning, and understanding of others."; I did not know about these tools and I don't know how they work, so mine is just a prejudice based on the webpages I have visited. Sorry but I dont' know, honestly, if in my country there is some tools like these one.

The Dream Job game seemed most interesting to me since it is developed for students and with students. But the given link is not working, when I clicked it says Page Not Found. I tried all the tools and they are all pretty good. Vocational school students are not very good English speakers, so I choose Skillage because it is in Croatian and because it gives a simple and understandable explanation of the current results and the ability to improve these results.

I loved the tools for matchmaking suggested here. We take the help of external agencies to find out the inclination of students at high school level when children go though series of tests, observations and interviews and we get a detailed report.We counsel children based on such analysis and also the observations done by subject teachers. Most of our students are inclined towards science, technology and commerce stream that involves Mathematics.

Tech future careers seems very interesting since it asks students about what they are interested in, and builds on those areas to propose possible future jobs.
Presently we're working with a VET provider in Malta so by 2020 we have a similar type of tool for Maltese students.

(TES),The Dream Job game,Tech future careers .I like TES because it gives students the opportunity to go into dialoques discussions and to formulate strengts and things that they feel confident about.But we need to adabt the questions and make our own with inspiration from the given examples.Altough there are some test applied at school to learn about our students interestings and talents, unfortunately , there is not a tool like one of these.
