The Dorothy Hopwood Award for Professional Achievement recognises a member of the dietetic support workforce who has made a valuable and significant contribution to the profession.

This video was created by Ariana and Bridget, two Occupational Therapy learners who undertook a project to highlight the importance and experiences of Allied Health Professional support workers. They collaborated with Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust, Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, and the West Yorkshire AHP Faculty to develop this resource.

The only eligibility criteria is as follows: 

Level 2 

• Over 19 years old

• Must live in England

• Cannot be on an Apprenticeship

Level 3

• Must be 19 years old

• Lived in the Uk for 3+years

There is no salary threshold, just the above criteria.
