Soft and flakey biscuits. With a drizzle of honey on the top. I’d say my product is a 5/5 because of how well it was made and cooked perfectly. One of the baking methods i utilized was folding the dough for the layer in the biscuits. The 2nd preparation i used was flooding the ingredients together in the bowl to mix them together. My main take away from the lab is that i can make simple biscuits and turn out really good.
