It has a very important responsibility in a community. A educator is able to unravel the mysteries that exist in the world because it is part of their task. They train students' thinking to explore, investigate, question and to discover some knowledge. They will ensure that the knowledge that they provide is not lost and can be forgotten but can develop the knowledge to future generations. In addition, they also shape our lives in an indefinite way, in and out of the classroom.
In my opinion, teaching need to be combined between art and science. For my opinion, teaching should be combined between art and science because the learner is human being that  sometimes interested on something that can understand them and sometimes need to restricted to certain lessons to ensure they can be in the shape of the career that they aspire to.

The art of teaching, such as the arts itself, consists of a variety of factors; knowledge of the subject, knowledge of teaching techniques, student knowledge, educator integrity and educator identity. educator cultivate morale, charisma and often a sense of humor. Finally, a good teaching art is about inviting each student to verify his unique voice. It's not about getting students to adjust to the teacher's view or thinking. Good educators help learner to find meaning in their words by asking good questions, requiring learner to investigate deeper, or help learner move between concrete and abstract ideas.

In terms of science, science teaches us much about learning. Learning is also rooted in the social world, so sociology and psychology provide opportunities for understanding. If we embrace the science of learning, it becomes easier to see teaching as something that every teacher can do. The scientific principles of learning, which are very fundamentally in research, can help to form a solid foundation in which we can all build effective, even exemplary courses. In science, we can see the use of scientific methods for teaching. They then tested this hypothesis through activities, tasks, and other types of assessments, and evaluated the outcome. However, I think that this teaching view is sometimes criticized for not being personally involved. After all, students are not experimental subjects. They bring hope, fear, joy and sorrow during teaching. They each have the potential to surprise, create new knowledge and move our disciplines forward. Science is certainly surprising, but scientific comparisons liberate some human interactions that make teaching such as an incredible profession, delight to begin with.

In conclusion, both term 'art and science' is need to be balance because there are level of human needs for life. Educators need to be sometimes creative like an artist to wake up the environment and sometimes need to follow the scientific theory to form the students.

Every children have a creative ideas and ambition. Like me, when I was a kid, I kept an aspiration to become a teacher like my mother and father. My father and mother were former teachers in primary school. Most of my life as a child is living in a teacher's housing area within the school area. Therefore, I have a lot to observe how my mother works and sometimes follow the activities at school to accompany my mother if the activity is after school session. With my mother's career as a teacher, I feel my mother is very close to the family. Perhaps it is because the education itself is best suited to the family. I fell in love to be a teacher because my mother's way of working and treating her family with education. Therefore, with my nature and hobbies who like to share knowledge and do activities related to the field of teaching, I feel I must achieve my aspirations to become a teacher until I have it now. =)

How I Plan to achieve my dreams ( or, how have i achieved any of my childhood dreams, if I already have)
To achieve my goal to become a teacher, I started by spending my education from primary to high school. After receiving a SPM results, I have applied to study at the field of teaching at ' Maktab Perguruan'. But it did not work. Until I get the offer to pursue diploma studies at UITM Shah Alam in the field of quantity surveying. Although it is not a field of interest, I continue to further because many people are out there who have no chance of continuing their studies at public university. After graduating from diploma level, I continued my studies at the postgraduate level. After graduation, I applied for a postgraduate education course to achieve my goal to becoming a teacher. However, it is still not mine. I have also received an interview offer to become a lecturer in polytechnics college. But, maybe I still have many weakness in teaching, I did not pass the interview. It was a disappointment to me because it was only one step ahead to get my dreams. However, I did not give up. I did not waste time waiting to offer to become a teacher. I work as a quantity surveyor as it suits my field of study. At the same time, I did not give up asking for a job as a teacher or a lecturer. Then at one stage, I feel it necessary to do something to achieve my goals. I think my knowledge is not enough to be an educator. Without full of knowledge, i feel like empty cans. Therefore, I have continued my studies at the master's degree in construction project management. I'm focusing on being a mentor, lecturer in the field of construction. I decided to study while working. Although it's a bit heavy for me, I have to be wise in managing time and money. At that time too many obstacles caused i was a working  mother and student who had a two childrens. It does not break my spirits because in order to achieve something, we have to sacrifice. After I graduated from the master's degree, I sent a lot of applications to become a lecturer. I have received three interviews from INTI college, UCSI and UNIMAS. Alhamdulillah, it was my 'Rezeki' at that time. I have received an offer as a lecturer at UNIMAS. I was very happy and not expect to get that offer. Plus i am Sabahan. I want to go back to my home. But Sarawak is still borneo. It must be the same environment like Sabah. =) I did not think with all the effort I had given, I was able to achieve my goals even though it was a long time to get it. I feel very excited to give my contribution in teaching, consulting and research. With the 10 years of industry experience that I have, I will combine with educational methods to contribute to the nation.

How I enable my students to achieve their dreams
To enable my students to achieve their dreams, I should encourage them to focus on the dreams they want to do while delivering a quality knowledge to them. They have to work towards what they aspire to and do not give up. Dreams will not be achieved easily. Many sacrifices we need to do. Besides learning, I have to teach them to be devoted to parents and communities. it will teach them the meaning of cooperation and can improve communication well.

Today, it will be my last lecture before I end of my career and go far away from this world.  I just want to share to everyone my experience during my life as a human being and lecturer that I think it will be something that can reflect you and give some trigger to you. I like to start my lecture about who am I who is standing in front of you right now. I am nobody actually. I am just the servants of god who were given a chance to become a lecturer to educate my student and community in this world. I have a big responsibility to contribute on what I have been given by god to educate all my students to be a good person and success out there.  Listen carefully to what I want to say. I do not know if I can meet again with you all later this year. It is depending on the provisions of God. 

Here, I like to convey some quotes from the Holy Prophet (s) of our Prophet Muhammad. He has been instructed to convey what he has been told.  And that's my responsibility as a follower. In order to be a useful and respected person, you must be sure that everything you do is in the right path and in God's blessing. Learn in a right way and sincerely to keep your heart calm while studying. The only knowledge you can get if you are sincere and it cannot be sold. If you want to compete to get one, compete well without dropping others. Never hurt anyone's heart so others do not hurt you. You never take the rights of others. And surely, all of us will meet your Lord and He will calculate your deeds. Love and obey your religion by keeping the prayer five times a day, fast in the month of Ramadan and pay Zakat from your wealth. Do Hajj if you can. We are all the same, nobody is noble than the other except in Taqwa and do righteous deeds. Remember that we will face God one day to be accountable for everything you have done. If you hold fast and follow them, you will not be lost forever. That is the Qur'an and our Prophet Sunnah. Please remember and try to do all that. I believe, we will be a good person if we obey our religion. 

To achieve your dreams, you need to be specific in your dreams and need to focus on achieving them. Set your goal so that you do not miss it. It is not an easy journey. It has to go through many challenges that have its own reasons. From that obstacle, it will make you a strong and experienced person and will appreciate your efforts. Sometimes, whatever the allegations are, we will not understand it. It is sometimes implied that until the time we will understand the wisdom on the contrary the thing that has helped us to achieve our dreams. We need to believe, everything happens, it is worth. You just have to be brave, keep smile and be happy despite taking care of a lot of challenges to be a successful person. Do whatever is best for you to succeed in the right way so that you feel happy. Seek knowledge from someone who can guide you to the right knowledge that can give reflexes to your everyday life.

Occasionally, something will happen that will change your life. But, do not worry, it is to earn you a mature mind. Our life will always change. As you grow older, your commitment is increase. Take the journey in a proper and reasonable way. You just have to keep it. Do not be easy to give up if there are too many obstacles you need to become adulthood. Give up is the 🤬's incitement that you want to be a weak servant. Do not complain about what happens because it will not help you to be the one who is always looking way forward. Face it with patience and effort. Do not care whatever people say who want to put you down. Keep on your goals and dreams. Always istiqamah and respect yourself. That's all from me. Thanks.
