I chose the Tessellation project because I thought this was the easiest one to do out of all five of the options. This took me roughly 4 hours to do. I chose this design because I thought it would be cool if I just put a bunch of triangles with a huge hexagon and four outer hexagons. I used blue and orange for the triangles because they were complementary colors and blue is my favorite color. I chose green for the hexagons, because I thought green would look best among blue and orange. The materials I used was a pencil, a colored pencil, and the assignment sheet.

I went around and did blue around the A and did another coat of red for the I's. I wanted to stop there, but then I decided on making a background based on fire colors (for context, red fire is the lowest amount of temp, then it goes orange, then yellow, and finally blue). So I went with a red-orange-yellow theme and did it on both sides, and I was done!

My materials were Crayola Colored Pencils and a Sharpie.

I had fun working on this project since I think my art looks good, and it was worth working on!!!

Tools I used: Pencil, Paper, Cardboard, Pen, and marker.

This project took me about four hours to complete, but I feel like I could have finished it faster with more practice. The process I used involved sketching the hand outline first and then adding detailed patterns like flowers, leaves, and swirls.

My materials were red construction paper, white paper, a pencil, and a pen.

I used light blue, purple, red, red orange, yellow, light green, orange, brown, and dark blue. The materials that I used were a ballpoint, pencil, ruler, colored pencils, and the assignment sheet.

The process wasn’t clean but it mixed well with the goal. I did the hand first placing the moon in the center and then playing around with designs in pencil softly until I got an idea to which I followed after the hand was finished. While doing the background I ran out of purple so I mixed a aquamarine color with sky blue and made the ocean and seeing how it was turning into a landscape, I decided do follow through and started doing the grass then the rest of the details leaving the mountain to last and finally I placed the hand design in the middle with glue.
