VIG::::::::This report are based on business ethics which known as how a company integrates core values such as honesty, trust, respect, and fairness into its policies, practices, and decision making. Business ethics also involves a company's compliance with legal standards and adherence to internal rules and regulations. As recently as a decade ago, business ethics consisted primarily of compliance based, legally driven codes and training that outlined in detail what employees could or could not do with regard to areas such as conflict of interest or improper use of company assets. Besides that, most of the growing number of companies are designing values based, globally consistent programs that give employees a level of ethical understanding that allows them to make appropriate decisions, even when faced with new challenges.

At the same time, the scope of business ethics has expanded to encompass a company's actions with regard not only on to how it treats its employees and obeys the law, but to the nature and quality of the relationships it wishes to have with stakeholders including shareholders, customers, business partners, suppliers, the community, the environment, indigenous peoples, and even future generations. European companies especially have embraced this expanded definition of ethics. Among the most important business ethics issues faced by companies are conflicts of interest, financial and accounting integrity, consumer and employee privacy.

The purpose of this report is to focus on how industries carry out their regulations. It concludes the importance of regulations, as well as the drawbacks without them. This can be see in the crisis management of gas stations, the tobacco industry as well as the risk management on the production of gasoline. Most employees in gas stations are not trained for management purposes, which increases the chances of fire endangerment and is an alarming disadvantage because if there ever is a disruption, it will be difficult to handle. Another finding is the negative consequences the tobacco industry could cause. This is due to their persuasive ways of influencing legislators to act on their preferred policies. Furthermore, the risk management on the making of gasoline is one that is very important as it has to do with he environment. This is why it's restrictions are of immense significance as it ensures the risks of gasoline to be minimized. However, the testing of gasoline are quite hard to carry and the standards are difficult to meet.
