Having a consistent procedure for students to enter classroom on time each day - have consistent consequences

Arrival/dismissal consistent each day

Respecting time during meetings - PLC, faculty, etc

Everyone knows role and responsibilities

Clear scheduling of duties

Drills are planned and consistent

Hold each other accountable to stay on track/accomplish mission

Safe and efficient operation of schools

Intentional planning- ILT team works together and uses data to drive the planning process

Having agenda out to teachers beforehand

Work towards PLC'S being teacher led
