In 1960 typical of Hungary prefabricated flat  has a plastered wall ,4-5 storeys high and 3 stairway.(one  flat was 2 room and about 53-55 square meter)
In 1970 the councils built a lot of poor quality  prefabricated flat. This flat was 8-10 storeys high .After then in 1980 the local governement  built lesser but better quality flat.
