Although I cant seem to remember it all, I have a grasp of what architecture is all about. We’ve discussed about the history of architecture. We talked about how it evolved in time. But most importantly, I learned that architecture is about the form of the architecture and its functions. Although there are different forms and functions of architecture throughout history, it cannot be denied that our architecture today is heavily influenced by its past. Basically, as explained during our class, all architecture are built to serves a purpose. Although this might not be possible for I am not an architecture student, I would like to know more about what I can do to possibly create my own architecture that would invite people to look at it as a masterpiece. I would like to learn how to put meaning on a structure that is designed and built by myself. I would like to learn how to tell a story with just my skills in architecture. I would like to learn how to create form and function from concept and purpose.
