In this times is very complicated to no waste time because Internet is a big distraction talking about  social media.

Up to 80 percent of the time people spend online at work has nothing to do with their job. In fact, the average American spends a quarter of his workday browsing social networks. This results in loss of productivity, decreased performance, and costly mistakes.

Basically, social media cause people to be less productive and this is what happens with me. I’m always spending a lot of time in social media but not living my obligations and responsibilities. 

This week was the MOST STRESSED, talking about school and personal things. I was running all the day trying to use my time in important and urgent things. 

In this period of time I learned to organize my time giving  free time to do other things that before I can’t because of my obsession with social media.

In conclusion is better to focus your mind on things that cause a grow in your knowledge and feelings than in the makeup or as* of a girl. Learning extra things will help you in the FUTURE.

The absence of pretence, deceit, or hypocrisy.
The sincerity is a value difficult to practice because you not always want to say the truth, and is acceptable. Sometimes you don’t want to damage the other person and you simply keep it. But I have to say that when you tell the truth you simply get free.

Sinserity is:
                Sincerity is not to say everything you think, but mean everything you say....

I practice my sincerity by telling the truth with all the words that get out of my mouth, because anything is more disgusting that an hypocrite person around you.

 And this virtue helps you to engage pure and truth relationships in your life environment making you feel happy and out of dramas all the time.

You have to show the truth all the time...Life is going to be better and healthy.

This virtue keeps the world equal and order for every person on it. However, in this times, is difficult to find it  cause of the powerful people who always move the things to it’s convenient.

So this value is learned from your house, and this is what I’m learning right know. This virtue can be practice in simple things like dividing a group work in equal parts for everybody. And this happens during the week in the class.

With big projects we have to divide the work and
ALWAYS are some guy that doesn’t want to do a lot. And is not only that, the hace the worst actitude always. In conclusion, I like to do the things perfect and I decide to do all. In fact, I’m not justice with me...

Almost all my life is cleaning. My mom is super crazy with the theme of cleaning. You can imagine how are my days.

Since I’m a child my mom showed me to be clean and this will give me stability in my life. And yes, it’s true. When you are in a clean place with good decoration it simply makes you productive. 

And the cleanliness will simplify your work to much.

This means that I always try to keep my home clean to receive good vibes, as consequence peace and makes me productive...

Cleanliness and order are not matters of instinct; they are matters of education, and like most great things, you must cultivate a taste for them.

Better keep yourself clean and bright; you are the window through which you must see the world.
