In the second day, I was given a task on how to put the margarine to the bun. I learn about how to make the bun can be baked perfectly with the amount of the margarine that I put. I learn step by step on how to make the burger because the owner want me to learn it and make no mistake.

In day 4, I was learn on how to cut the vegetable such as, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and cabbage with the right step. The vegetable will be put at the bun to make sure burger become more delicious. This is the important ingredient that need to be in the burger. Some of people maybe will ask to not have the vegetable because their not eat it. After the 2/9/2018 (stall closed), I was come back and doing my SIEP3 a day after that to learn the new basic thing and the most important thing on how to make the burger. I was been given more hard task which is to frying the burger patty, and the stall owner also teach on how we need to manage the fire and how much butter need to put to make the patty become delicious. After seven day I worked at Nizam Burger, the owner was given another task to me to be prepare and do. The next task that I do at that stall are to prepare the egg for the burger. There are some skill that need to have when breaking the eggs because if not break it carefully it will make eggs cannot be wrap with the patty easily. This is because, some of customer will attract with the presentation of the burger and this is one of the most important way to get more customer come and buy at the burger stall. In the second last of my SIEP3 day, I learn properly on how to wrap the burger with the burger paper with the skill that the owner have told me. I need to put the burger softly at the paper at the exact position to make the wrapping become more easy and beautiful to give to the customer.
