You are always so calm and organised - am sure it is the epitome of the swan, looking serene up top while frantically juggling all the pieces to get things done in the background.

I remember meeting you when after I just joined the business at Kilmarnock in 2010. In such difficult circumstances you were the epitome of calm, caring, considered and uber professional. People loved attending your courses and you made them feel valued. Nothing was ever too much trouble for you, and you ability to set up 2 day HR conferences and navigate 2 HRD's through the "seemless" delivery was outstanding. You made it all look so easy, when we all know it isn't. I hope you will look back and smile when you think of everything you've achieved and the laughs we've had. I remember the first time we met, in Ochil House (Lucy chat at the photocopier, doggo chat at the photocopier). You facilitated my Corporate Induction (yes that long ago!). You always helped me to make sense of things (when I was being a crazy person) and have an amazing ability to stay calm and give the best advice (despite me being said crazy person). Sometimes you just say nothing and that can be more powerful (note to self: must try harder). I'll miss you more than you'll know (but we'll stay in touch so i'll keep telling you) and I can't thank you enough from being the best roomie, colleague but most of all a great friend.
