Kipling views the people being imperialized as savage and out of control people that don't know the proper way to function because the are not white and it is his job and the job of the country to show them. the way he treats and talk about them is not correct did he ever stop to think that they didn't need his help? that they were perfectly fine and civilized in their own way with out his help he was wrong about his methods and those people are still PEOPLE. He believes he is so much better cause he is right and he believes that because that's what the norm is.
