         <description><![CDATA[<div>Flexibility improved midday and midnight <br>Maximum stiffness occurred at the morning before getting out of bed 😉<br>General concept of being least flexible while sleeping, less flexible in the mornings, maximum bendyness in the afternoon and becoming more stiff as the evening progresses before going back to sleep<br>This is the case for multiple different measures such as lumbar flexion, lumbar extension, glenohumeral lateral rotation And flexion, extension and lateral bend for the lumbar spine.<br>Variations were not noted however in spinal hyperextension, lateral movement of the spine and ankle plantar and dorsi-flexion<br><br></div>]]></description>
