Her original catalog was 201230 which I thought she would have had until 201730 to complete. I informed the student of this in Dec. 2016 and she submitted the COM form but it was not updated correctly and was told that it was submitted after the spring deadline in which is should have been completed for summer which is what I thought which would have made her fine and no longer expired. Had student submit another COM to update in June and she submitted it July 24. Was denied and not processed because they said it could not be moved back to a previous catalog.
